> Verdikx (verdikx.com) is chargeback management and fraud prevention software for online merchants, built for Shopify stores and also available as a web workspace for WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Stripe and other platforms.

Fraud screening: every new order gets a risk score from 0 to 100 with plain-English reasons before it ships. Merchants approve, hold or review orders, create risk rules from templates, and manage a blocklist of emails, phone numbers and addresses.

Refund and returns abuse: Verdikx keeps each customer's history of orders, refunds and disputes, checks return requests against the store's policy, and suggests approve, review or decline. It never refunds or cancels on its own.

Chargeback management: each dispute becomes a case with the amount, reason code and deadline. Verdikx shows which evidence the reason code needs, assembles it from order, shipping and customer records, and drafts a response with AI that cites each record. The merchant reviews the draft before it is submitted. Optional Autopilot prepares drafts for every new dispute.

Reporting tracks recovered and prevented amounts and the chargeback ratio, with CSV export.

Pricing is a flat monthly fee with no percentage of recovered revenue and no long-term contract. Verdikx is made by Verdikx LLC, New Jersey, USA.
