> **Pros**: CallCaddie helps me have a conversational receptionist to field my consulting leads so I never miss a call from a prospect.  I can preload it with all the usual questions clients ask and even give it price ranges for certain my different services, even my rates.  It also offers the most features for the least amount of money of any of the call answering services I've found.

> **Cons**: The technology has come a long way and it operates great. there's nothing not to like about this software platform.
