Who it is for: accountants, lawyers, payroll and business consultants, real estate agents, agencies and small teams that manage several addresses (info@, orders@, personal mailboxes) and, in Italy, certified PEC mail.

What it does: Mailamber connects to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Outlook.com, Gmail and any IMAP/SMTP account, plus Italian PEC providers such as Aruba, Legalmail and Postecert. Everything appears in one unified inbox with per-mailbox signatures, rules, snooze, scheduled send and Smart Priority. Read receipts notify you when a client first opens your message, and follow-up reminders tell you when a reply is overdue; the Tracking Pro add-on adds link-click tracking and unlimited tracking. Templates with variables and an HTML editor speed up recurring communications, and paid plans include an AI copilot for drafting, proofreading, summaries, translation and HTML templates.

How it protects your data: messages, attachments and passwords are stored only on your devices. Mailamber's EU servers manage only your account, plan and encrypted settings sync, never email content. Tracking pixels and remote images are blocked before an email opens and attachments are scanned by a built-in antivirus. AI features are opt-in and content is never used to train models.
