- **Pricing Details**: ImmiFlo helps EB-1A and NIW petitioners and the immigration professionals who support them understand and plan a response to a USCIS Request for Evidence (RFE).

Upload or paste an RFE notice and ImmiFlo produces a free, structured breakdown: every deficiency the officer raised, organized criterion by criterion, with the officer's exact quoted reasoning next to each finding, a severity level, and the response deadline (87 days from the notice date when mailed).

Immigration consultants, case preparers, and paralegals use ImmiFlo on client cases: each client's RFE is a separate case under one account, and the paid tier is bought per case.

The paid RFE Basic unlock ($79, one-time, per case) compares the RFE against the original filing checklist and petition letter to flag places where the officer misread or overlooked evidence that was already submitted, and gives a response strategy for each deficiency: the likely root cause, whether it can be fixed with existing evidence, and a suggested rebuttal or new-evidence angle.

ImmiFlo runs in the browser with no installation. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or predict approval outcomes; a licensed immigration attorney should review any response before it is filed.
