> Many small service businesses in Turkey still run their day from a paper diary and WhatsApp messages. Bookings get lost, two clients end up in the same slot, and clients simply forget their appointment. RandApp replaces this with one simple system that the owner and every staff member can use from a phone or a computer.

Who it is for
Hair salons, barbers, beauty centers, psychologists, dietitians and veterinary clinics in Turkey. It works for a single practitioner and for teams with several staff members. The panel, the booking page and every client message are in Turkish.

How it works day to day
Clients book on the business's own page at any hour, choosing the service, the staff member and the time. They confirm with a code sent to their phone and do not need to install anything. The booking appears in the team calendar at once, and the client receives a confirmation SMS. Before the visit an automatic reminder goes out at the time the business has chosen. If the time changes or the booking is cancelled, the client is told by SMS as well. Bookings taken by phone or from walk-in clients are added to the same calendar, and the panel warns staff before they book two clients into the same slot.

After the visit
The team closes each visit with the services and products sold and the payment method. Session packages are deducted automatically, staff commission is calculated from completed visits, and reports show revenue, payments and no-shows for any period.

Getting started
Owners can import their existing client list from Excel and add services and staff in a few minutes. There is no setup fee and no contract period. The monthly price includes SMS messages, and businesses approved before 1 December 2026 can use RandApp free until 30 November 2026.
