> Klientele is a cloud-based platform for service businesses that work with clients on retainers or projects: legal practices, accounting firms, architecture firms, consultancies, marketing agencies, healthcare practices, vet clinics and technology teams, from solo operators to teams of 20.

Client requests arrive through an embeddable website widget, email-to-request, a public REST API or manual entry, and land in one queue. Changes and issues are kept separate from new work, which runs through projects, work cycles and deliverables. Time logged against retainers is reconciled each period with rollover tracking, and invoices are built from logged time, retainers, fixed fees or milestones. Clients can view and sign off invoices from a share link, and raise and track requests in a client portal.

Role-aware dashboards and an integrity-hashed audit trail cover the workspace. Eight curated industry templates set up terminology and workflows on day one; for other verticals, AI adapts the closest template's wording to a business description.

Plans are priced in INR (Solo, Team, Agency); some capabilities, such as the public API, email inbox and retainers, start on the Team plan. A 14-day free trial requires no credit card. Support is by email, with documentation and FAQs on klientele.io.
