> Cortèse helps small independent hotels in Italy sell and deliver their guest services without adding work at the front desk. It is designed for masserie, historic residences, boutique hotels and charm hotels with 8 to 60 rooms.

For guests: a QR code in a wooden frame in each room opens a web page with the property's name, in Italian, English or German, with no app to install. Guests see the services that really exist at the property (restaurant and table booking, bar and room service, wellness, experiences, transfers, shop), a board of daily suggestions that changes with the time of day, stay information, places recommended by the hosts and free Localis audio stories about the area. They can order to their room, the pool or the garden and send requests or messages to the staff.

For staff: the Desk collects orders, bookings, requests and messages by room, each with its status, and sends phone and email alerts plus a reminder after five minutes without a response. Charges are grouped per room with a printable bill, and reports show requests, orders and the revenue in euros generated through Cortèse.

How it works: no PMS integration, no guest accounts and no personal data, only the room. Cortèse carries out the on-site visit, writes and translates the content with the property, installs the frames and trains the staff. Pricing is a monthly fee by number of rooms (about €6–€15 per day) plus a one-time setup, with no commission on orders and free cancellation in the first 90 days.
