Bulk Add/Remove Capabilities&#10;With over a hundred Paul Mitchell Schools across the nation, the ability to bulk add or remove services and products would be a tremendous efficiency gain. Currently, when a school adds or removes programs, adjustments must be made manually — one item at a time. Because each program has a large number of services and product links, this process can be extremely time-consuming. A bulk editing function would save valuable time and reduce the margin for human error.&#10;&#10;2. Rebooking Metrics for Educators&#10;At the moment, rebooking data is tied exclusively to students, which limits our ability to accurately measure performance and set goals for our Teachers. Since students are here to learn and not to meet business metrics, we’d love the ability to track and calculate rebooking percentages for the Teachers themselves. This enhancement would allow schools to recognize, coach, and celebrate educator contributions more effectively — something we believe would be a powerful addition to the Meevo reporting suite.

> The software is extremely complicated and unintuitive. It takes 20 minutes to check out clients and hours to make simple changes in scheduling, services, employees, etc. Things that should be simple take forever to figure out. The membership feature is horrendous, none of the staff including me could figure out why memberships were not going through and the answer was something NO ONE would figure out without customer service.

> **Pros**: The thing I like most about Meevo is the customer service support and my business success coach.  Also, they have a lot of options from marketing, Tippy and Vish. They are always adding something.

> **Cons**: It was complicated to get set up and used to using it.  Now that I have used it a year and can find everything I need I like it a lot better.
