> **Micah** | *2 July 2026* | Computer Software | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It is an amazing product to interface with. We are building integrations with dozens of other platforms.
>
> **Cons**: I can be a daunting ecosystem for new developers. The level of complexity for seamingly simple operations can be overwhelming.

### "My experience with Odoo" — 4.0/5

> **Maya** | *17 June 2026* | Civic & Social Organisation | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: This is our 5th year since we started using Odoo. The software has automated all our manual processes from approval processes control, cash management and work status tracking. It is also very reliable when it comes to file sharing, bailing and invoicing and general inventory management. I likes it's customer support services and effectiveness in SEO management.
>
> **Cons**: Honestly I have nothing against Odoo. It is user-friendly, customizable and support multi currency. Its templates are very customisable and has auto reminder features.

>

### "Odoo. A lot but needs a lot." — 3.0/5

> **Rick** | *14 May 2026* | Wholesale | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The product itself is amazing. It can do just about anything. There are plenty of features across all business elements to run your entire business off Odoo.
>
> **Cons**: Very very clunky and requires a fair bit of manipulation to set it up how you want. You will need a true programmer to fix things to talk how you want them to talk. You will need a programmer to set it up to best run whatever field you are in. Most others are fairly easy to frame as you want with some basic tech knowledge. Odoo needs more.
>
> Overall it was mid. I wanted to like it. I wanted to use it. I was and still am unsure the best way to operate whether setting it up on our own servers or running it on other servers from people running it as a third party service.

### "It's a pretty decent all-in-one business suite" — 5.0/5

> **Crispin** | *21 June 2026* | Consumer Goods | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The integrated nature of Odoo is its biggest strength. Having CRM, accounting, and project management all in one place saves a lot of hassle. It handles our sales pipeline and invoicing pretty smoothly. The flexibility to add modules as needed is also great.
>
> **Cons**: The user interface can feel a bit confusing sometimes, especially when navigating between different apps. Also, finding specific advanced settings isn't always intuitive, which took a bit to figure out. Documentation could be more comprehensive for certain modules.
