> Menaela is an AI secretary and practice management system for solo practitioners and small clinics.
Instead of adding a chatbot on top of separate clinic software, Menaela combines day-to-day practice management with an AI assistant that works inside the same operational context. Staff can use normal screens for schedules, patients, communications and clinic settings, or simply ask Menaela in Chat or Voice to find information and complete supported tasks.
Menaela can help staff find patients and appointments, check schedules and availability, book, reschedule or cancel appointments, retrieve clinic information, review patient conversations, and work with configured services, providers, prices and payers. It can also assist with selected patient and medical-note workflows when the signed-in user has the required permissions.
Patient-facing automation can respond to incoming WhatsApp messages, continue existing conversations using saved context, answer supported clinic questions, and handle appointment workflows using real clinic data. Menaela can also contact new leads from supported connected sources.
AI Scribe turns recorded consultations into editable draft medical notes linked to the relevant patient and appointment. Clinicians review and finalize those notes before signing.
Clinic managers can save explicit instructions for how Menaela should communicate with patients, respond to staff, and structure AI Scribe notes.
Menaela is designed around controlled AI. Structured clinic data remains authoritative, user permissions are respected, ambiguous requests trigger clarification, and personalized medical judgment or other sensitive situations are escalated to staff.
