# Wiiz Eat

> Wiiz Eat is built for independent restaurants, cafés, pizzerias and takeaways in Cyprus and Greece that want online orders without paying a percentage to a delivery platform. Instead of a commission, the restaurant pays a flat €0.15 per accepted order; rejected orders cost nothing.

How it works day to day: the restaurant shares its own ordering link and QR code (on Instagram, its Google profile, delivery bags and the shop window). Customers order in the Wiiz Eat app, for delivery or pickup. Orders appear on a live board where staff accept or reject them, then mark them ready and out for delivery, and the customer is notified at each step.

Delivery stays in the restaurant's hands. Its own drivers use a free driver app: they sign in with an SMS code, see the customer's details only after taking an order, and open the address in Google Maps.

Money stays with the restaurant too. Customers pay the restaurant directly, in cash or by card on its own POS terminal, and Wiiz Eat never holds the restaurant's money. The restaurant also keeps its own customer list.

The menu is managed by the restaurant: photos, prices, options and extras, the 14 allergens, vegetarian labels, per-dish discounts and a sold-out switch, plus opening hours, delivery charge, minimum order and a pause button for busy nights. English and Greek are supported.

Support is by phone and email, in English and Greek. Setup is a one-time €250, there is no contract, and prices exclude VAT. Restaurants that want an app under their own name can add one for €85/month plus a one-time €950 setup.
