I have to follow up with another question- because only half of what I asked was answered the first time. > > At times, can be very frustrating, with the lack of communication- unless I initiate first. Such as random deposits/deductions from our bank account with no explanation as to what it was for. Missing tax accounts and never figured out or notified us for months- that payments were being withheld- but we had no account set up for withholding- to deposit tax payments in. BuddyPunch was withholding city taxes for months- when I told them we were not responsible to pay into said city from the beginning. I felt like I had to alot of the set up work for BuddyPunch- when we were paying for them to handle payroll- which includes the taxes involved. Now we are stuck with reimbursing employees for taxes that we told BuddyPunch were not supposed to be taken from our employees.
