They needed a solution to automate the management of emails and attachments that were received in large quantities, using Workato and certain email analysis tools, it was possible to automate the management of thousands of emails, this additionally increased our productivity to a great extent. > > **Cons**: The cost mutated over the years and grew significantly (but, it is still achievable compared to the work done), the addition of a new add-on sometimes takes time, the new transfer function is still in the testing stage.
