> Dialpad AI Meetings brings the same Agentic AI that powers Dialpad's broader platform into every video call, reasoning through the conversation in real time rather than simply recording it for later. Where traditional video conferencing tools treat AI as an add-on transcription feature, Dialpad was built as an AI-native platform from the ground up, so intelligence runs through the meeting itself instead of sitting on top of it after the fact.

During a live meeting, Agentic AI generates real-time transcripts, running summaries, and action items as the conversation unfolds, not a static recording that someone has to scrub through afterward to find what mattered. Key decisions, follow-ups, and next steps surface automatically, so teams spend less time on manual note-taking and more time acting on what was actually discussed. For teams juggling back-to-back meetings, that means walking away with a clear record of what happened without needing to have caught every word live.

Meetings don't exist in isolation within Dialpad, they connect directly into the same AI-native platform as calling and messaging. That means context from a video meeting can carry into a follow-up call, a chat thread, or a CRM record without getting stuck in a separate conferencing tool. Instead of switching between disconnected apps for phone, chat, and video, teams work from one connected system where every interaction, voice or video, feeds into the same shared intelligence.

That intelligence compounds over time. Every meeting adds to an intelligence layer already built on more than 775 million AI-generated recaps and counting, which means the platform's ability to summarize accurately, surface relevant action items, and understand context continues to sharpen the more it's used, rather than remaining static after initial setup.

Security and governance are built into the platform rather than treated as an afterthought. Dialpad's Guardian layer oversees AI behavior across meetings just as it does across calling and contact center interactions, giving IT and compliance teams the visibility and control they need to trust AI-generated transcripts and summaries at enterprise scale.

Dialpad AI Meetings also includes core video conferencing capabilities, screen sharing, web conferencing, and reliable video calling, but layers Agentic AI throughout each of them, so a shared screen or a web conference contributes to the same connected record as the rest of the conversation, rather than existing as an isolated, unsearchable moment.

Dialpad AI Meetings is built for teams and organizations that want their meetings to generate real follow-through, sales teams that need accurate call notes without manual entry, project teams that want action items tracked automatically, and IT and CX leaders looking to consolidate video conferencing into the same secure, AI-native platform that already runs their phone system and contact center. Rather than adding another disconnected video tool to an already fragmented stack, Dialpad AI Meetings gives teams one place where conversations, video, and AI-driven follow-through all work together.

## Reviews

### "Unifies efficiency and communication in a quality team" — 4.0/5

> **Nelson** | *6 March 2023* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Something that I really like about this tool is how quickly it can be implemented in the company, this is because it has a simple registration, and its audio quality is excellent, talking about calls is talking about mobility and this tool knows very well that alternative systems are needed to communicate if they are not in the workplace
>
> **Cons**: It is a tool that does not usually have major drawbacks and if they do have them, they have constant advice, so there are no negative characteristics of it.
>
> A system that knows how to adapt to current times, it is a tool that is already quite well known and many organizations around the world know it since its versatility makes it one of the favorite alternatives for video call processes in the cloud, thanks to your system that even allows teamwork in the same place, screen sharing, recording videos or calls that can be made from wherever you are

### "Uberconference Review - Law Firm" — 5.0/5

> **Ben** | *14 August 2019* | Legal Services | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I travel abroad frequently and the UberConference software allows me to schedule and conduct client meetings and team conference calls. It makes it very easy to stay connected across time zones and to keep a record of the discussions with clients. I recently upgraded to the paid version and it makes things even easier. My clients can just call a number and get on the call or I can set the software up to call them. The software just works and does what it is supposed to do quickly and easily.
>
> **Cons**: The web-based user interface is not as intuitive as I would have expected. When you first log-in, the main option is to join a call. When I log-in, I am usually doing so to schedule the call first. There have also been a few times when a colleague dialed in before me and somehow we ended up both holding for each other. I have only had this issue a few times and not so far with the paid version.
>
> UberConference lets me keep in contact with my clients and colleagues when I am travelling and is usually easier than the corporate conference call systems. There are no questions like "who do we have on the line" or "who is talking" or "can you hear me" or the other usual nonsense that wastes time on conference calls. I can see who is connected, reach out quickly to participants that are not, and generally manage the call much better with UberConference. Overall, it has been a great experience and I would recommend UberConference to any size organization for easier management of conference calls.

### "Great video conferencing for interviews" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *4 February 2021* | Publishing | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Highfive is easy to use video conferencing software that is great for a number of use cases, but specifically interviewing.
>
> **Cons**: It's easy to get started, but for interviewees to register and join it can be a little confusing as there are a few ways to join (via chrome plugin and/or download).
>
> I'd suggest High-five to any companies looking to moderate and facilitate online interviews, especially while candidates may be at home.

### "UberConference makes it easy" — 5.0/5

> **Lena** | *30 September 2019* | Financial Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: This software is incredibly easy to navigate through. There are so many different ways you can personalize your conference. There are different tools to use to customize the user experience depending on what the conference is used for. You have the option to do a video chat, or a "share screen" which is what I use it for on a daily basis. I conduct training's with doctor offices and I receive a lot of positive feed back from the users as well.
>
> **Cons**: It may seem overwhelming when you initially log on. There are a lot of different icons and tools you can use to personalize your experience. Recently the interface had changed without my knowledge and had to begin a meeting within minutes. Thankfully navigating was still simple and more user friendly\!
>
> I have been using UberConference for over a year. We have tried other software products to compare but the preferred experience is with UberConference.

### "Seamless audio and video calling" — 5.0/5

> **Gaurav** | *13 December 2020* | Computer Software | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: - Interface is very user-friendly to use.
- Good voice and video quality
>
> **Cons**: - It's still lacking the capability to respond to network change. Once you change your internet connection you need to reload it.
- Need a feature to create room
>
> Overall I am happy with this implementation in my organization. It's simple to use and deploy as well.
