> **Pros**: If there is a software that focus on individual users, Woopra  is stands.  It gives accurate insightful tracking and limitless customized reporting.  While giving you behaviour analytics, it allows you to identify  users by name or emails, making it easier to map out the end-to-end user process. Regardless of the platform a user logs in from, data can still be merged and a complete history of engagement will recorded.

> **Cons**: The only drawback is that phone support is only for customers and it's a bit price for small businesses.
