They have tools that allow you to truly scale your business and team members such as \[sensitive content hidden\] who make sure they take the time to understand your business, goals, and how they can align with you to help you grow. I can honestly say, the creation of the Account Executive position was a game-changer in my relationship with Celerant. I'm going another direction for now, but not because I have anything at all bad to say about their company, I simply have another business that is taking off that requires more and more of my attention. It takes 10 minutes for the software to boot up. You must use astericks to search for items. The software freezes up frequently. They lock you into a multi-year contract. It takes many hours of training before you are able to start using the program. It is cumbersome to add inventory to the database. We were using Quickbooks POS for about 20 years prior. QB POS wasn't perfect, but much better and easier to use than Celerant - Cumulus software. There hasn't been any updates or improvements during the 2 years we've used the POS software. We are stuck in our expensive contract - they won't let us out\! > > Poor, very poor - negative stars BEWARE of Celerant Point of Sale\!
