> **Pros**: Honestly, I love everything but I would say the best part of Operations within the program side.  Running multiple rosters for different sessions within a program make everything so much easier and quicker.  I have worked with Daxko since 2004 with 5 different YMCAs and it has never disappointed me one time.

> **Cons**: In my humble opinion, I cant think of one Con about Operations.  If more people would take the time to play around in the Training site and learn to use all of the modules and features, I would be willing to bet my life that no one would be able to come up with any downsides to Operations.

> As you can tell from my previous statements, I am a BIG fan.  I know this system backwards and forwards.  I love it and the entire Daxko team is great at listening and implementing new features when needed.

> **Pros**: Forms are easier to submit and show up immediately. It has all our forms that we need to run our programs easier. Easy to navigate and cuts down on our work load so we can concentrate on the families we serve.

> **Cons**: I wish their could be a portal for both mom and dad since it is difficult for families who are separated and are not allowed to contact each other to add people to the pick up list due to the primary parent refusing to add pick up people for the other parent. They both share custody 50/50 so I feel like both parent should be able to add people to their pick up list without conflict.

> I Love it\! It works so much better than our previous platform and makes my job easier. It cuts down on all the paperwork I had to do on my end.

> **Pros**: Daxko at it's simplest form does what it needs to do. Logging in after the first time is an easy experience. They offer several custom reports, and if the report does not exist they will do their best to create what you are looking for.

> **Cons**: Daxko is very expensive even with it's tiered systems. It offers many different services from texting to P2P donor platforms, but those are all at extra cost and they are very pricey\! Up until mid 2025 the mobil experience using Google Chrome was impossible, you could not use the search function unless your phone was in landscape.

> I have not had an overall great experience. We are a smaller organization and many of the services they offer are add-ons and too expensive. The end user experience to start is very hard to navigate.

> **Cons**: Reports are a little hard to find sometimes depending on what you are looking for. And signatures for camp care.  Since we don't use it often when we have to go in we have to relearn it and it takes a while to figure it out.

> **Pros**: What I liked most about Daxko Operations was how it helped keep daily administrative tasks organized in one place. The platform made it much easier to manage memberships, billing, scheduling, and member communication without constantly switching between multiple systems. I also appreciated that the interface became more intuitive after regular use, especially for tracking member information and running reports. Another positive aspect was the ability to automate recurring tasks, which saved time for staff and reduced manual errors. Customer support was generally responsive when issues came up, and the software seemed designed specifically for organizations like gyms, YMCAs, and community centers, so many of the features felt practical and relevant to day-to-day operations. Overall, it improved efficiency and made managing operations more streamlined once the team became familiar with the system.

> **Cons**: The biggest downside to Daxko Operations was that the system could sometimes feel outdated and slower than newer cloud-based platforms. Certain workflows required too many clicks to complete simple tasks, and training new employees often took longer than expected because some menus and settings were not very intuitive at first. I also noticed occasional lag or loading delays during busy hours, which could be frustrating when trying to quickly assist members at the front desk. Reporting features were useful, but customizing reports was sometimes more complicated than it needed to be. In addition, integrations with other software platforms did not always work seamlessly, creating extra manual work in certain situations. While the software is powerful overall, there is definitely room for improvement in user experience, speed, and modernization of the interface.
