Great mortgage software
Although support is lacking, it is my go to software and am trying to eliminate the softwares I use so I only need this one.

It is the Salesforce platform so very customizable

Highly Recommend Jungo
Starting my 3rd year with Jungo and would never look at any other crm. I have highly recommended Jungo to my co-workers.
Pros
Everything is in one place, one platform. Keeps me aware of what's happening with my business. I can customize everything to my preference. Help and Training Centres are great and explains everything so you understand.
Cons
At first, it seemed a bit overwhelming if I had any questions, I did not know what the proper titles are .

Promised the world and delivered absolutely nothing
Jungo just created more business problems for us. Once we got the extra systems in place to send out mass text messages there was no stopping them, or easily delegating who was to receive what campaign. You had to have a thorough knowledge of Sales forces' Process Builder to even begin to build out a text campaign and then good luck getting it to send out properly. Also once the process is firing, there is no stopping it so one of my agents had to apologize to a particular list of contacts that kept receiving messages not meant for them. Jungo is a disaster of a platform to use and caused our business more harm than it helped. If you intent to grow your business and not have it tanked by the platforms you use - do not use Jungo.
We also tried to connect with their customer service to resolve these ongoing issues and nothing was ever resolved, just band-aided by myself first and then weeks or months later by a Jungo Rep once they finally responded to help emails.
Pros
Nothing about this CRM worked properly. I liked what I was sold on, ease of use to send marketing emails as well as marketing and lead-generating texts and connect this system to our LOS so it would be a seamless transition from capturing a lead to working it in Jungo and completing the process in our LOS - it delivered none of that.
Cons
The ease of use and functionality was not as promised. I had to add on extra systems from sales force to get Jungo at a semi-functioning state of what we were looking to do and even that was not enough. We were looking for a CRM that allowed us to send text campaigns to leads, stop the texts on reply and allow our users to follow up via their mobile app like a text conversation - this basic functioning was not available on Jungo so we had to add a service called Pardot through salesforce and even that had to work within Jungo system and has limited functionality.
Reasons for Switching to Jungo
Jungo seemed like the best option for ease of use, its pricing was a good option, it connected with our POS and from all of the video calls we had the software seemed great. But most of the things they promise in their pitch don't work or Jungo has discontinued.- Industry: Financial Services

Pros
It is easy enough for me to use as a millennial but others find it difficult. I like that I can customize whatever I want if I have the IT knowledge or have been taught how.
Cons
I wish it were easier to catch duplicates or to manage duplicates - like a customer vs client contact, I would like it to not ask me if I want to merge every time.
I wish I could export lists the same way as reports.
Email templates need work.
I wish I could sort lists in a more detailed way. Ex: By lead date, then by assigned to, etc...

Review of Jungo 2020
It's taken a long time to learn (even with the great training and help section) and implement (almost a year now) into my workflow and still not even close to using all the bells and whistles. Granted I could've used the help of an assistant but I don't have that luxury right now. Had one but she didn't work out.
Pros
Integration with Floify and LOS although I do not use the latter mentioned because I am not the administrator of the LOS I use.
The mobile app seems to provide most of the functionality that's available in the desktop version.
Wide variety of customization but being that Jungo is a "mortgage CRM" built on the SalesForce platform, it should have many more already built-in mortgage specific customizations like complete 1003, fees worksheet (LE), ability to add disclosures, etc
Great help section and training videos/webinars. Keep it up!
Cons
Inability to import/export a Fannie Mae 3.2 file (residential loan application)...there's another SalesForce based CRM called Mortgage Panda that has done this so it is possible. If Jungo were to implement this feature along with adding a fees worksheet and disclosures then it would be top of its class in my opinion.
No built-in texting capabilities...I imagine this is in the works considering we're in 2020 and texting has been the most effective way of communicating with prospects and clients for several years now.

Jungo CRM
Could not say enough good things here.... it runs my business. lead flow, in process transaction management to post close marketing to client recapture.... I always say that I would spend triple the money without blinking an eye.
Pros
Best in class.
This is a cradle to grave solution for your mortgage practice. It takes your from lead to loan to past client all the way back to the next loan. Its keep you top of mind with your clients, referral partners etc...
Cons
There is a learning curve... but it's intuitive for the most part. When you are stuck you simply reach out to them and they will always be there for you.

The concept is great, but need improvement to lead management tools for easy follow up and...
Again, the concept is great, but getting things implemented can take a long time and even just getting the API we need to import our leads to Jungo leads is taking weeks to figure out.
Pros
The repoting is currently the best part of the software. It takes a little while to get used to, but pretty great
Cons
The CRM aspect of it for follow ups and being able to see what needs to be done with a large data set is not great. This is a great CRM if I have 50 leads a month I am working, but we import 50 per day per person and it is near impossible seamlessly go through the leads and update them as needed. It needs to be more streamlined.

Velocifys model of lead management is great. You could take out a lot of the optional features in Jungo and just have a bare bones CRM that allows you to see your leads, the stage they are in, update a note/field, and set a follow up reminder. If this is something that can be done easily I would love to know. I have talked to customization and tried myself and the best I can do is have a hodge podge of reports that cant be easily updated unless I go into each file (which is time consuming and screws up the flow)Response from Jungo

Great system for anyone in lending or RE
This is a must in my business. I couldn't conduct business without the CRM. Support is very good and training materials are very good.
Pros
Reminders and notes are extremely important in this business. This system gives that but is much more robust. Alleviates having to buy a lot of extras to do the same job.
Cons
Customizing the drip campaigns has been very challenging. Using the existing drips is a no-brainer, but customization is not easy at all.

Great Customer Service
Amazing! Everyone has been so helpful. Knowing my business is organized takes a huge weight off of my shoulders and knowing that this system grows with me is great. I know that as my team grows this will be an investment in their business along with mine. Thanks Jungo!

Great for the Real Estate World
So far things have been very good and we look forward to tapping more into the system and see how we can continue to improve on our end to become even more productive with it.
Pros
Front end is user-friendly, I like how our business has set up the organization and tracking of our clients and leads. Makes it easy to search for who we need, helps us avoid adding duplicates, add files directly to the client profile and track communications in case we need to track back on something important.
Also like that you can integrate external apps to the system to help you become more efficient with client communication and keeping more things under one system instead of having to check 50 places. For example, we integrated 360SMS to add text messaging and it's helped us quickly touch base with so many people which they enjoy.
Cons
There seems a lot that we can do with the software that we still haven't tapped into, so if you're not familiar with the backend and how to adjust it can be pretty complex and overwhelming to handle and set up.

Worth the effort to get it working for your mortgage / loan business.
Overall, I am glad we made the switch to Jungo. If you're looking for a quick, easy, low maintenance solution, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a robust, flexible, reliable system, something based on Salesforce like Jungo is worth considering. I'm happy with my decision to go with them.
Pros
I like that it's based on Salesforce and has a lot of configuration and customization options. I like that they did put an effort into customizing it for our specific industry. Even if it wasn't an immediate fit out of the box for the way we operate, we've been able to make modifications to better fit how we do business between my efforts and Jungo support. Support is friendly, which is a bonus.
Cons
Because it's built on Salesforce, it's a technical product to use. If you're not technically competent, I'd steer clear of any systems based on Salesforce unless you want to invest more money into customizations that you may want to make. Even though Jungo is customized for our industry, we found that we still needed to make many changes (some at an extra cost over and above the subscription fee) to have it work the way we wanted. Support, although very friendly and helpful, can be quite slow. You'll be opening up tickets via email (support calls, if you can find a number, go to voice mail 98% of the time). You'll have to be patient if you're used to quick support. The last con I can think of is Country specific. Jungo is based in the USA and we're based in Canada. We find that much of the provided material is American and doesn't apply to Canadians (some does...). There are also features that aren't available in Canada, such as anything that relies on MLS connectivity as the systems are different between the USA and Canada (at least at the of this writing in June 2020).

The best CRM in the Mortgage Industry
Jungo has changed my business. It has allowed us to provide in-process communication to all parties involved which is second to none. It has grown with our business.
Pros
My favorite thing about Jungo is the ability to customize the platform. Our industry is in a state of constant change, and your CRM needs to be able to change with it. The close second is all the integrations you can add to SalesForce. This CRM has been able to grow with me from a single LO, to a team, to owner of my own mortgage brokerage.
Cons
The user interface is difficult for some. The CRM has a long learning curve as well.

Case resolution
Very frustrating, i just want to send out emails to borrower and coborrowers and it seems to be either very difficult or impossible.
Pros
If you are a programmer this product is insane. It can do pretty much anything you need or want
Cons
Difficulty in customization and customer support is extremely spotty. I am currently waiting for resolution on case that i opened over 30 days ago about how Jungo is spam blocked when i create a mass email to my client base ..... extremely frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!! sending a mass email to your client data base is a basic function of a marketing program. I also had an issue with a workflow in which an extremely helpful support person named [SENSITIVE CONTENT] assisted me for over 30 minutes and took her time to walk me through the entire process.

Jungo a Real Crowd-Pleaser for Mortgage Milestone Updating
Pros
It took some time to create, but we have implemented email updating to clients when certain milestones are met in the mortgage process. Jungo integrates with our Loan Origination System (Encompass), and when the status changes, clients are immediately and automatically emailed an update. It's real crowd pleaser.
Cons
Jungo is complex and fairly difficult to learn to use, and the integration with existing business systems is complicated. The power is because of the complexity, fo course. Once learned and integration complete, though, it's great.

Jungo Review - 5 star
I've had an overall very positive experience with Jungo. I was introduced working at a different brokerage and implemented it into my business when I started originating. Unfortunately, I thought the grass mighty be greener at another CRM that my processor uses. I was wrong. That CRM was so difficult to use I ended up coming back to Jungo recently and am looking to maximize all of the features I possibly can. It's a powerful tool!!!!
Pros
The ability to track leads and my own productivity.
Cons
I don't love the pre-written campaigns. I don't think they are very powerful but I'll be going in and editing and put my own spin on them. I'm looking into figuring out how to implement an entire automated CRM follow up that includes time delayed email, text, and voice drops.

This application can do ANYTHING and is extremely powerful. Very customizable.
Cons
It's hard to get on the phone with the tech department. They are often slow to solve the issue. I've been using this platform since 2012... I've had lots of experience with reaching out to the tech department.

Fantastic CRM
Overall experience with jungo has been great. Support is friendly and the platform is very powerful.
Pros
This software is fantastic to get an overall snapshot of your business ytd. The concierge service is amazing as well and will automatically send your clients holiday cards and gifts for 3 years. Huge for referrals.
Cons
The one thing I wish this software had is the ability to email me when tasks are due. Sometimes I forget to check the crm one day and will miss tasks. Really wish the email functionality was better. Also, It is incredibly complex, and you almost need a full time assistant to really dig into all the functionality it has.

Jungo
Jungo has helped me build my business. Making a transition from mortgage banker to owner/mortgage broker gave me confidence my data was easily accessible and backed up just in case we had issues.
Pros
I like how my contacts are synced with my iphone and how fast the updates take place
Cons
Sometimes the software is a little complicated to use, but it's easy to start a trouble ticket or get someone on the phone to help me with the issue.

Greatfull for a horrible experience.
Complete utter failure we did not renew.
Pros
The sales pitch and the potential features looked great.
Awesome in theory but in practice totally useless but again this is likely due to the support team being grossly inefficient.
Cons
Follow through from service. Implementation was impossible. Similar complain many mortgage brokers in Canada have.

Unexpectedly User Friendly , Even If You've Never Used It Before
Pros
The ability to customize your CRM is unbelievable. There's so much that you can do to ensure that it fits your business needs. They have so many resources available to help you find the solution to any issues you run into throughout the process.
Cons
I wish there were more videos on flows and articles with field options for workflows. Not all of the workflows will execute the way they are expected but it's like figuring out a puzzle. You need to find the right piece.

Very poor support offered. Difficult to customize and use.
Our experience has been so poor that although we have Jungo paid form through May 2021 we no longer use it at all and have purchase another CRM

Jungo CRM convenience
