> **Pros**: We needed something simple to use to collect donations to support our artists. GiveForms allows us to accept ACH, debit/credit cards, Paypal and even recurring donations with  a simple, easy to use embed form. We can even integrate it with Salesforce.

> **Pros**: I like their product, works well. For donors, it's really user friendly, and even on our side - for the most part.

> **Cons**: I've been reaching out to get customer service assistance for over a year (several emails and DMd them on social media) and have never gotten a response. I need to edit the auto thank you email and have followed the path they've provided but it doesn't work. Shouldn't be that hard to respond to an email and/or fix a small bug.

> Their product is good. Wish they had a functional customer service team. Surprised they're still in business.
