> EventSheets is conference management software for universities, research centres, scholarly societies and the training bodies that serve them. It suits organisers who publish their events in Arabic, in English or in both: the Arabic interface is native and right-to-left, and the English one is complete.

How it works: the organiser fills in one form, in eight short sections, and the event gets a free public page with registration, a calendar entry and a place on the map. From that page the organiser then manages the rest. Researchers submit abstracts and full papers; the system assigns reviewers automatically and reviewers judge each paper anonymously from a private link, without creating an account. Accepted papers go into the programme, and each attendee builds a personal schedule that warns of clashes and shows times in their own time zone.

For the event days, the platform prints tent cards, name badges and session boards at their true sizes, and issues each accepted registrant a QR entry pass that is scanned at the door to record attendance and departure. Afterwards the organiser issues PDF certificates with their own logo and signatures, optionally only to those who attended, and every certificate carries a code and QR that anyone can verify online. A final report summarises registrations, attendance, papers and countries for a dean or a sponsor.

Pricing is simple: publishing is free, and the organiser pays once per event for the management services. Nothing is charged per attendee, and registration fees go straight from participants to the organiser.
