> Kordo is an app for service companies whose staff work at the client's site: security services, building cleaning, facility management, caretaking, winter services, reception and event stewarding.

Staff clock in at the site, walk patrols by scanning QR checkpoints and write reports with photos. All of it works without a connection - the app keeps the entries and sends them once the phone is back online, which matters in basements, car parks and industrial halls.

In the office the same entries become the roster, the timesheet and the service record handed to the client. Before anyone is scheduled, Kordo checks rest periods, leave and qualifications, so a shift that would break the working time rules is not offered in the first place. Certificates are kept with an expiry date; Kordo warns 30, 14, 7 and 1 day ahead, and an expired certificate blocks scheduling.

Quotes and invoices included: quotes with fixed numbers that clients accept in their portal, invoices with all mandatory German details (§ 14 UStG) straight from the monthly billing, credit notes, reminders – and every invoice also as an e-invoice (XRechnung 3.0).

Entries cannot be edited or deleted after the fact - a correction is a new entry with a reason. There is no continuous tracking and no movement profiles: a position is recorded only at the moment a checkpoint is scanned, and it is removed after six months.

Apps for iOS and Android, plus the browser for the office. Interface in 22 languages, switchable per device. Operating data is stored in Frankfurt am Main, Germany; exceptions are listed in the privacy policy. Monthly terms, no setup fee, no minimum period.
