# Roadmappy

The software performs four core functions.

1. Collects customer data in one place. Roadmappy connects to the tools a team already uses and imports customer touchpoints automatically: meetings and calls from Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Aircall; CRM activity and notes from HubSpot and Salesforce; support tickets from Intercom and Zendesk; in-app feedback from Beamer; public reviews from the App Store and Google Play; and relevant Slack threads. Files can also be uploaded manually. Everything is stored in a single searchable hub.

2. Records and transcribes meetings. Connected to a Google or Microsoft calendar, Roadmappy joins, records and transcribes meetings automatically, with speaker attribution and support for over 100 languages. Each recording produces a summary with themes, sentiment, action items and key decisions, stored in a shared library the whole team can search.

3. Analyses the data with AI. Roadmappy applies automatic tagging, thematic analysis and sentiment scoring across all imported data, identifying recurring customer needs, pain points and feature requests. Users can then query the data set through an AI chat interface to get direct answers with supporting evidence, or schedule reports that are generated and emailed automatically.

4. Builds and shares roadmaps. The roadmapping module offers timeline and board views, a themes-and-initiatives structure, milestone planning, drag-and-drop scheduling, filters and groupings, task ownership and role-based access. Roadmaps can be shared with different audiences in views tailored to each.
