# KontrolX

> KontrolX is the system of record for businesses that buy and sell leads. It replaces the stack most teams assemble from a lead distributor, a validation vendor, a CRM and a spreadsheet, and it does so on a flat monthly fee rather than a meter.

Work is organised into workflows. A workflow is one lane a lead travels down, and every stage is visible in a single view: intake, vendors, screeners, intent, enrichments, buyers and placement.

Intake defines what a lead must carry - required fields, validation rules, and the identifiers that decide when two records are the same person. Vendors are the suppliers permitted to post into that lane, each with its own minted API key and its own cost per lead.

Before any money changes hands, screeners run: blacklist match, input validation, duplicate control and vendor blacklist checks, in an order you set. Leads that fail are rejected with a reason on the record.

Enrichment appends data before a buyer sees the lead. You bring your own vendor keys, so data providers bill you directly at wholesale rates and KontrolX adds no margin. Placement then offers the lead to buyers highest priority first, with the first to accept winning, subject to caps, filters and a return window.

Afterwards, the trail stays intact. Lifecycles follow a lead past placement, buyer and vendor portals give each side its own view, and the built-in AR/AP ledger records what was earned and what was owed - so reporting does not need a separate BI stack.

Pricing is $2,500 a month for the whole platform, month to month. Every feature ships at every level, users are unlimited, and above $5,000 a month of lead-software spend the price becomes half of your current bill.
