> Sparks Provider is built for smaller Australian NDIS providers who need a complete system without the cost and complexity of enterprise software. It suits owner-led teams that want rostering, records, notes, timesheets and invoicing to work together, without paying more each time they add a participant or worker.

Owners and admins can create one-off or repeating shifts, view rosters by worker or participant, email or download participant rosters, keep staff and participant records together, review notes and incidents, approve completed shifts, run reports, prepare invoices and download NDIA claim files. Workers see their own roster, record attendance and notes, and review their weekly hours through the web, iPhone or Android app.

Xero integration is included. Approved timesheets and invoices can be sent to Xero as drafts for review. The system also supports service agreements, participant and staff documents, client email reminders and a dedicated ShiftCare import path.

The web subscription is AUD $499 per business per year including GST, with unlimited participants and workers. A 7-day trial is available without a credit card. Help is available through the in-app guide, how-to videos and email support.
