- **Pricing Details**: Proviso prices its event and course management platform in two ways: as an ongoing subscription for organizations running events regularly, and as a project-based fee for organizations running a single event.

Subscription plans. Proviso offers four subscription tiers — Basic, Business, Professional, and Enterprise — priced monthly and scaled to how many participants an organization manages per year. All plans include the core toolset: invitations, registration forms, activities and surveys, GDPR-compliant data handling, confirmations, email and SMS communication, scheduled sends, and reporting. Higher tiers add hotel and room booking, group registration, evaluation and polling (Business); website hosting, digital landing pages, and invoice/card payment processing (Professional); and digital check-in, a participant app, a course calendar, and course certificates (Enterprise, along with everything in the lower tiers). Enterprise pricing is quoted on request.

Project-based events. For organizations that don't need an ongoing subscription, Proviso also runs events on a project basis. In this model, the client pays only for the specific modules their event requires, and Proviso's own team handles the setup and administration — the client doesn't need to build or manage anything in the platform themselves. This suits one-off conferences, single courses, or organizations testing Proviso before committing to a subscription.

Add-on modules. Digital check-in, a participant app, a course calendar, course certificates, digital landing pages, polling, and website hosting are available as add-ons and are not limited to a single tier — availability depends on the plan.

Support. Support is bundled into every subscription at 250 NOK per user per month, with no separate licensing fee; extra user seats are a one-time cost rather than a recurring one.
