PostNow turns Excel into a governed front end for SAP ECC and S/4HANA. You map your spreadsheet columns to SAP fields once, and that mapping becomes a reusable template you run next month with a new file.

What makes it different:

Finding the right SAP interface normally means asking a developer. In PostNow you describe what you need in plain English and it finds the BAPI. Where no BAPI exists, you record the transaction instead and it captures every screen and field.

Mapping a spreadsheet to SAP fields usually takes three to five hours. Mapping AI reads your SAP screen labels, from a screenshot or from your existing Excel headers, and proposes the mapping in about fifteen minutes.

Nothing posts unvalidated. Every row is checked before SAP sees it, with live lookups confirming that a vendor or material actually exists and is active. Errors come back explained in plain language in around ten seconds, so a business user can correct a row without escalating to IT.

Everything posts through SAP's standard interfaces, never directly to tables. Records carry the same change documents as manual entry, so the audit trail is identical to keying it in by hand.

It also includes 82 ready-to-use SAP reports across Finance, Materials Management, Sales and cross-process, with the table joins already built. They run in Excel against live SAP data.

Deployment: PostNow installs as a standard SAP transport containing its function modules, plus a local component on the user's machine. There is no custom ABAP for your team to build or maintain, and the transport is versioned and maintained by us. It runs inside Microsoft Excel on Windows.
