Day to day, the front desk gets a colour-coded agenda, a waiting list that suggests patients when a slot opens, patient search by name, phone, insurance number, date of birth or invoice number, and email reminders. Clinicians get one patient record with history, allergies, notes, documents and imaging on a timeline, plus estimates built from pre-set procedure bundles. Dentists also get dental and perio charting on one screen. Practice owners get live revenue and unpaid-invoice figures and a task board for the team. Switching is done for you. A migration specialist moves patients, histories, appointments, notes, imaging and invoices, checks the mapping, and the practice stays open throughout. Training happens with your team, and after go-live each practice has a named contact to call. Integrations with imaging, lab or accounting tools are set up on request. Plans are a flat monthly or yearly fee per practice, with unlimited staff accounts, hosting and updates included. Clinico is built specifically around the Luxembourg CNS nomenclature and tariffs rather than adapted from a generic system — mémoires d'honoraires, devis and ordonnances come out on the correct templates without me having to think twice. With CNS's digital transmission requirements now in effect, having a system already labelled by Agence eSanté for PID V2 and remboursement digitalisé has saved me a real headache. It's cloud-based, so I'm not tied to one computer in the practice, and the dental charting is clean and fast to use chairside. Genuinely one of the better decisions I've made for the practice — I'd recommend it to any dentist in Luxembourg who wants to spend less time on paperwork. > > **Cons**: Nothing to report yet.
