A single RFP can run to four hundred pages across half a dozen files. Buried in it are the requirements that actually decide the award - capacities, tolerances, interface standards, certifications, delivery terms. Today a sales engineer reads all of it by hand, and the risk is not that the answer is wrong but that a requirement is never seen at all.

Stazion reads the buyer's own documents and pulls out every requirement into one working list. Each line carries a citation back to the page it came from, so any answer can be traced to source. Requirements are grouped by type - scope of supply, performance, design and materials, commercial terms - and flagged as mandatory or desirable.

From there the platform tells the team what to do with each line: which need a figure from a data sheet, which need a statement written into the proposal, which need a document attached, and which have already been answered in an earlier bid. Where a similar requirement has been answered before, Stazion surfaces that answer and the document it lives in.

Owners, statuses and deadlines sit on the same list, so a bid manager can see at a glance what is blocked, what is answered and what still needs proof.

Stazion supports RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and inbound technical enquiries, works in English and Danish, and runs in the browser with no installation.
