> Conferras is an event networking app that event organizers brand as their own. It was built for the person running the event, not for an IT department: you set up the app yourself in an afternoon, without an agency, a developer or a six-week onboarding call.

Who it's for

Conferras fits organizers of conferences, summits, trade shows, expos, startup events and meetups, from around 50 attendees up to several thousand. That includes in-house event and marketing teams, associations, accelerators, universities, coworking communities and agencies running events for clients. It is a particularly good fit if networking is the point of your event: if attendees come to meet investors, partners, recruiters or peers, and you want those meetings to actually happen instead of hoping people find each other in the coffee break.

What you set up

A setup wizard walks you through the event name, your logo, accent color, hero image, agenda, sessions, speakers and sponsors, with a live preview of the phone as you type. You get your own subdomain. The result is fully white-label: attendees see your brand, not ours.

How attendees join

You share one link or QR code — in your ticketing email, on a badge, in a Slack channel. Attendees open it in their browser and are inside in seconds. There is no app store download and no review process. The app installs to the home screen as a progressive web app and launches full-screen, so it looks and feels native without the friction of asking thousands of people to install something.

What attendees get

Every attendee fills in a short profile with their role, industry and goals. AI matchmaking then ranks the people most worth their time and shows a compatibility score, so a founder looking for a co-founder sees different recommendations than a recruiter. From there attendees browse a filterable directory, message each other in real time with read receipts, book 1:1 meetings in open slots with conflict detection and reminders, follow the agenda, bookmark sessions and export them to their calendar, and link their profile to LinkedIn so the connection outlives the event. You can broadcast push notifications to the lock screen for stage changes, room moves or anything else that needs to reach the room.

What organizers get back

Beyond a live dashboard of signups, matches, messages and meetings, the app becomes sellable inventory. You can sell the home screen sponsor banner, Instagram-style sponsor stories, sponsored push notifications and posts on the built-in job board. Organizers regularly earn back the price of the app before the doors open, which changes the internal conversation from a cost line to a revenue line.

Pricing and support

Pricing is per event, starting at €89, with tiers based on attendee count and no annual contract or lock-in. If you exceed your tier mid-event, we never lock the app — we upgrade you and invoice the difference afterwards. You can request a free internal test event for up to five team accounts before committing. Higher tiers include priority support, and enterprise events get a dedicated success manager with an SLA. All data is hosted in the EU and the product is GDPR compliant, which matters if your attendees or your legal team are European.

Free internal test — the full product for up to 5 team accounts, so you can try everything before you commit.

If you exceed your tier limit during an event, we never lock your app mid-flight. We upgrade you to the next tier and invoice the difference afterwards.

Many organizers cover the cost by selling sponsored placements inside the app: home screen banner, sponsor stories, sponsored push notifications and job posts.
