Trello, a number one choice for work management.
We are using Trello at our workspace to organize our work and we are seeing great results from this. It helps us to plan our work systematically and also to bring everything abd everyone together so as we can have a collaborative approach on what we are doing. This allows us to manage our work more effectively and achieve excellent results from it. Moreso, Trello allows us to be on the lookout on the progress of our work which helps us finish our projects in the planned time.
Pros
A fantastic thing that i have come to love about Trello is how it makes it easy and possible for us to bring all our resources together including the manpower when planing and executing our projects. This allows us to be on the same page when working and to have easy access the resources needed to make our work more productive. It has very useful work planning tools like boards which also makes it easy to track the progress of the projects and keep everyone updated on what is to be done and when.
Cons
Trello at all times has been so committed to offering its best performance levels and personally, i have nothing against it.

My favourite organisation tool
Pros
Essentially trello is designed to be used as a fun kanban tool which can be used in a similar way to Jira, however, it can be used in many other ways other than to do / doing / done. I have used it to plan out tasks by day of the week; To plot out team capacity with tasks by each team members name; and to run projects in a scrum ban style.
Cons
I really have no real criticisms of Trello. It's true some of its features are paywalled but I think for a free tool, it delivers an excellent user experience.

JiraReasons for Switching to Trello
We also use Jira and Confluence in my team, however, Trello is by far more popular with team members who view logging tickets as a waste of time. They feedback that Trello helps them feel organised.- Industry: Hospitality
