2. Automating conversations is easy. You just edit an online spreadsheet and it is converted into a chatbot.

3. The chatbot can send SMS, create call conferences, which we can use to connect with agents that are out there in the field.

4. The chats come into our Official Slack, which helps my entire team (you can select who to invite) engage with the leads.
