> **Pros**: it\`s solid CRM solution. It does the main job very well and that is helping to manage sales pipeline. The ability to generate offer or quotes right from SpinCRM by populating Word templates with information from CMR has been especially useful. In addition to that, it has a very nice dashboard that is usually the first screen you see when logged in. It gives you the quick overview of what has to be done.

> **Cons**: Nothing particularly. There might be scenarios where you might need to click a few more times to reach a record. Overall the CMR system is being quickly developed so all these situation which are known have been already sorted.
