> **Pros**: As a church, we have to be careful with our finances. The flat $20/month for up to 200 volunteers is incredible stewardship compared to other platforms that punish you financially for growing your ministry teams. Getting our worship and production volunteers on board was seamless. The mobile app is so clean that even our older greeters figured out how to accept scheduling requests and set blackout dates without calling the church office for help. Building the Sunday run sheet and pushing the real-time order of service to the band and tech booth is completely effortless.

> **Cons**: It is purely focused on service planning and volunteer scheduling, which means it doesn’t include church giving, child check-in, or full congregation databases. We use a separate system for our main church database, so we actually prefer that Ministry Order isn't bloated.

> It completely eliminated our Sunday morning scheduling chaos. We used to rely on massive group texts, WhatsApp threads, and messy spreadsheets to staff our services. Now, everyone has their call times right on their phones, the team leaders have a live run sheet, and we know exactly who is serving each week. It took me less than an hour to get all our ministry departments and roles configured. Highly recommend it for any church looking to simplify their weekends without breaking the bank.
