Most farms end up with a different tool for each. TallyTill puts them in one app that runs on the phone or tablet you already own.&#10;&#10;Who it fits best&#10;Owner-operated farms, u-picks, orchards, livestock farms and small retailers such as micro markets, camp stores and marinas. It suits places where nobody is at the counter all day, and owners who would rather not buy a proprietary terminal.&#10;&#10;Self-checkout and point of sale&#10;Customers scan a barcode, or snap a photo and AI identifies the item against your catalog, then pay by card, tap to pay, QR code, or cash. Honor mode keeps an unattended stand selling; kiosk mode pins the app so the tablet can't wander off into other apps. Sales queue when the signal drops and sync when it returns. Sell by weight with a connected scale, apply sales tax by jurisdiction, and print receipts, tickets and wristbands.&#10;&#10;CSA&#10;Set up share plans and pickup sites with capacity limits, take payment in full or in installments, and let members sign in from an emailed link to see their balance, hold a box or swap an item. TallyTill builds boxes from member preferences, prints pack-day sheets, and runs a pickup-station tablet that works offline.&#10;&#10;Meat shares and partial animals&#10;Sell whole, half and quarter animals at a fixed price or by hanging weight with processing fees added. Members request a share and you confirm it; cut sheets, a processor list and a collection-day sheet keep the handoff to the butcher straight.&#10;&#10;Inventory&#10;Track stock per product and per location, get low-stock alerts and a daily email, move stock between locations, sell bundles, and spot dead stock. Bring your catalog over from Square, Shopify, WooCommerce or QuickBooks CSV files. Every change is kept in an append-only history, so counts can be explained.&#10;&#10;Pricing and support&#10;Every feature is on every plan, including the free Stand plan, which needs no card and doesn't expire.
