They always want to email. I prefer a phone call. The pricing continues to increase without any new features. All new features are additional cost to implement, and they are all expensive. And they have increased the price on all the add on features as well. The cost is now more than the benefit from the software. It is just too expensive especially for a small business with only 2-3 users it is hard to justify the rising cost. > > I have used acculynx for 7 years now.
