It is not a construction-only tool: concurrency happens in every sector.&#10;&#10;It also fits the people who do this on behalf of others: safety consultancies and advisory firms looking after several client companies at once, and property managers responsible for buildings where contractors come and go. In short, anyone who has to prove that the companies working at their site are in order, and who is currently doing it with spreadsheets and email folders.&#10;&#10;What it does&#10;&#10;You decide what documentation to require from each company, worker, machine, vehicle or chemical product, which documents are mandatory before anyone sets foot on site, how long each one stays valid and what you will accept as proof. Contractors log in to their own space and upload their documents there. You see at a glance what is in order, what is missing and what is about to expire, and every file keeps its dates, its validation status and its full history.&#10;&#10;The platform also works the other way round: the risks of your workplace, the safety instructions and the coordination measures can be published once and read by every contractor in their own access, instead of being emailed company by company.&#10;&#10;Validation stays with a person, never with an algorithm, because a person answers for it. You can validate yourself or let your client do it while you keep full visibility of everything.&#10;&#10;Support&#10;&#10;Every screen explains itself: contextual help appears in each section, adapted to the role of whoever is looking at it, so there is no manual to read. Beyond that, support runs on tickets with attachments and traceability, escalating from the contractor to the client company to you.
