Sortly - Product Management Software
Sortly has allowed us to keep our products well organized and we are very happy with the minimal yet very functional platform they have developed. We are looking forward to growing with them as they add features.
Pros
The customer support team at Sortly takes the most hands-on approach out of any other CRM software we have seen. They value their user's opinions and prioritize consistent updates and additional features to their product.
Cons
The integration to bookkeeping software is a little cumbersome because it is a one-way communication channel and only one document can be uploaded at a time.

Sortly is the inventory app that delivers!
Sortly has assisted us in many ways, including minimizing costs, reducing time needed to manage our inventory, giving us the ability to quickly view our current inventory status, and greatly reducing paperwork.
Pros
Sortly is very easy to use. Support really listens to requests for enhancements and implements changes quickly. There are so many different ways to use this app.
Cons
We have been using Sortly for over a year and find minimal issues, and when we do, they are quickly addressed. One thing we would like is to have more available users in the Ultra package. We could utilize more of the features available within the app if more of our employees had a login and access to the app.

A great program with disappointing management
A great program, but not modular enough to suit a use case that needs high item amounts and users, but not a lot of the more complex features. We *just* need to track inventory, but we need to track a lot of it.
Pros
Easy to create folders and items, easy to change quantities, app makes it simple to teach others, reporting is robust.
Cons
Too many features that we don't use. This is especially frustrating when we have to then pay extra for features that will never be helpful to us. Enterprise edition should be an a la carte situation. We recently had to drop to Premium from Enterprise due to an exorbitant price hike of over 77%. That is an untenable change in price. Seeing as this was only our first year with Sortly, we can no longer feel secure that we won't be hit by another surprise price hike down the line, and will begin looking for alternatives as soon as possible.

Very fortunate to have found this system!
My overall experience has been great and I will continue to use this product for years to come. The good thing is where there may be room for improvement or shortcomings, Sortly makes themselves available to listen to any and all customer-wanted-'tweaks' and a large portion of those are implemented into their product.
Pros
Sortly is a fantastic product! It's web-based which means I don't have to worry about getting a program loaded onto other users' machines; they can simply login. It has been very easy to upload items using a bulk file, but it's also easy to edit them if I didn't have all the information in my initial bulk file. The creation of labels and label printing is very user-friendly. I like the fact that I can choose where to start my labels on a label page so that I'm not wasting label sheets but I'm getting the most out of them.
Cons
I'll preface this by saying I'm fairly new to Sortly but I already have nearly 600 items added to my database so I've gotten a fair amount of use of this product in the last few months, however, there may be features that I'm just not good at that may alleviate my issues (but I haven't found them).
Three things...
1) There needs to be a better 'transactional' procedure for me to "checkout" items to employees from our inventory that I know they are not bringing back. I know that I can move them to a separate file for tracking but I want the peace of mind to know that they are out of my system completely and not involved in any sort of my inventory count.
2) I would like the ability to further customize my labels. I need mainly barcodes on the labels but there are only two sizes offered for them which means I have to print out a qr code label with all the pertinent information on it, then add a barcode. I know they both scan the same but I have barcode scanners that I need to use so a barcode has to be on there.
3) I have my inventory listed in 'sections' so I would like to see a feature where I could print off an inventory checklist for someone to count an individual section and report back so that I can make adjustments.

New to Sortly
We changed to Shortly about a year ago to track our construction inventory in our warehouse. it was easy to create folders for each job and track items and the QR codes on each individual box really helped our delivery team make sure they are taking the correct items to the correct job.
Pros
Easy to use for first time user. Helps inventory tracking for everyone in our company can see where and when/where things get delivered. Showing the rest of my team how to use the app really helped on tracking items down if I wasn't available to answer right away. The Sortly team always seems to be adding new features to help improve the app.
Cons
Can't just drag and drop files to folders. need more than 8 pics to add to a folder.
In the phone app, I can't seem to open attached Emails in a folder but from the computer I can. Would be nice to attach more than 3 PDFs to a folder also.

A Happy Team
Overall, it has given us a much more automated approach to our inventory. It has made things simpler and take less time, which we appreciate!
Pros
Our favorite function that Sortly offers is the ability to review reports across all functions from inventory levels to user activity. When mistakes are made, we are able to see exactly where, and not let things fall through the cracks. Being able to backdate on that is huge for us. The ability to organize is also key, my team & I appreciate the folder/subfolder setup, and the integration with other software. We also love the ability to add photos, this makes it very easy for people of all knowledge levels to find what they're looking for.
Cons
We are not able to make changes to the unit after an item has been created, nor are we able to add variations to an existing item if not done initially during the creation of an item. These are our 2 quarrels at this time that we would love to see fixed.

Get organized and see how much money you have sitting on your shelves.
It is a great tool for what we are doing, and I am very happy with it. Easy to navigate, easy to learn and overall, a great product. If I had one wish, it would be a module for maintenance attached to my fleet. It would be great to click on a truck or forklift record then manage all activity with that piece. I would also be happy if I can interface to maintenance software via EDI so I can use Sortly as my dashboard and entry portal. Aside from my greedy wish list, I love this product. Straight A's.
Pros
Photo capability, Unique ID system, cloning ability, editability.
Cons
I want to print an entire inventory report and can't seem to get that done. I also have redundant photos which I would like to drag into another record but can't. Lastly, I would like this to be available offline when I'm disconnected.

Sortly, great for inventory movements, not great for inventory counting
Sortly is a great tool for inventory movements, but has some issues. Purchase orders allow you to track the item number, but that is not stored anywhere on the item itself.
Pros
Being able to move items from one folder to another, simulating actual locations.
Cons
The inability to not duplicate items based on the name, the pick list does not create reservations from the available inventory. Not being able to count inventory (cycle count) with predetermined fields and history of the count - the only way I have found to do a count is to insert a custom field and then delete it when I am finished with the count.

Tried the rest? Try the best!
Overall, we are extremely pleased with the product. We tried 3 others before finding Sortly and irt accomplishes exactly what we needed. A complete inventory tracking solution.
Pros
Gives me the ability to track every item from receiving to consumption within an organization containing 9 locations.
Cons
The learning curve is a bit steep. I am still trying to learn if or how to determine dollar values of use per location.

Super user friendly inventory management system
cannot say enough good things about sortly. we were looking for an invenotry managment system for one of our smaller locations and this hit every mark we were hoping for. The ease of customizable fields and how easy it is to setup and delete anything that is no longer needed. I wish we found it sooner. It has made out inventory much more managable and easy to identify, because of those things we have been able to streamline and organize our small space much better and we no longer lose things or find random toys that we had forgotten about. The filtering in Sortly is wonderful and I love the reports to be able to see exactly where we stand. It helps me to make a better game plan for our upcoming sales or inventory needs.
Pros
I love that you can print the labels with whatever specifications you need. The photo option is fantastic. I like that is allows custom fields for things like expriy dates or theme names and IDs. There is so much customization within this software it is wonderful. Very easy to use. Ability to categorize items between different bins or locations.
Cons
manual setup, but that also comes with having things so customizable. I wish it integrated with Shopify better or Stalion shipping station.

Excellent Product for Small Companies
Pros
We use Sortly for our small construction business and we're able to get both our admin and build staff to use the system with ease. It's visually easy to understand which is imperative for staff members that need quick answers for where they can find their project material for construction. There are custom fields that allow us to build information our around our company needs instead of trying to fit into a premade product.
Cons
My only negative feedback about Sortly is the limited pricing options. They seem to have too large of a jump in options. We have a larger inventory but we do not need any additional features that are available in the next step up for cost. We are limited to 2,000 entries and we need, approximately 500-1,000 more. The next step up provides 8,000 more entries (10,000 total) but it is 300% more expensive per year. We cannot justify the cost as a small company but we would gladly pay 50% more just to add another 500-1,000 entries.

SORTLY IS AMAZING
Pros
I really enjoy how easy the app is to use because I do not have to spend much time training other staff members to use it. The Inventory Management and Control aspects of sortly are really what makes the app so worth using though.
Cons
I do not like the group items feature that has been included. My items used to stay grouped together, and now I have to click the button every time to get them to group back together.

Great Addition!
We started with Sortly as a trial to see if it could easily and accurately track our inventory and also give us added features like visuals of the items and the option of generating a variety of reports. We did take our time with the transition to make sure we were comfortable with the new system. We worked on building our inventory in Sortly simultaneously while running our old system. We used the bulk import feature to add most of our inventory which was a plus. Overall the transition has been easy and is much better than what we were using. It is faster, accurate and user friendly. The search feature is excellent and the ability to easily generate a variety of reports is also extremely helpful. Overall I am very happy with Sortly!
Pros
The ability to search for a product multiple ways and upload pictures of the product. I also like being able to print a variety of reports and always seeing the total value of our inventory at a glance.
Cons
Not being able to list items in size order. There is also a lag time when updating quantities and adding photos.

Great Inventory Tracking/Management
Great experience. Will continue to use at our company. Looking forward to any updates that will be coming out for this app
Pros
The simplicity of adding and removing items from it. The ease of use was great when it came to logging information about our inventory. You can view the transactions and histories of items you have added and removed down to the exact minute. Great app overall
Cons
Some of the folder accessibility was limited. The "Search" bar can be spotty if you don't type the item's name in exactly as it is in the system.

Eagle 1 Products Sortly Review
Sortly has helped my company grow and manage our inventory much better than when we first started. We have had Sortly for a long time, but only recently started using it to its full extent. I use Sortly to create QR codes for each individual product and its variation and attach them to magnets on our shelves where products are stored. This makes it very easy for my team to scan products in and out of inventory. I also use Sortly when ordering products from vendors by searching for low or out-of-stock tags. This has made our inventory and product ordering process more streamline. I do wish that there were more of the features I outlined previously, such as integrations and bulk editing.
Pros
I like how user-friendly the mobile app is for my employees when scanning in and out products. I also like how easy it is to create QR codes for multiple products, as well as the current bulk actions like adding tags, prices, etc. I also like the ability to add different users on one account so that I may have different devices set to scan products in my facility.
Cons
I do not like that there is no automatic integration feature to upload my inventory to different Sales Channels like Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy. Manually importing and exporting data becomes tedious and time-consuming. I also do not like that I cannot track which of my employees are scanning products. I would prefer if Sortly would track and report the times and devices from which products are scanned, so that if something is incorrect I can address it directly. I think the navigation between product folders and variations could be more streamline with less clicks when navigating on a desk top. I also would like for there to be more bulk editing actions, like bulk editing SKUs and Manufacturer Part Numbers instead of individually clicking and editing each variation. That is insanely time consuming when our catalog is extensive.
Response from Sortly

Great application, super for small business
Using Sortly has been a game changer for our business. We have eliminated dozens of spreadsheets, and we are able to track all of our inventory and assets in their own categories. Our techs, purchasing, sales people, every employee can access the info for their own job specific needs. It is SO easy to use, user friendly, easy to set up. Its been a game changer for our little 10 person company.
Pros
The ability to use this program with a computer or phone app SEEMLESSLY. Adding/subtracting inventory is a snap. It is SO easy to set up.
Cons
Ability to print to more printer styles. Not enough availability for reference numbers and descriptions on labels. The print out needs to be better, so that more fields can be included on labels. That would make this program top notch.

Great inventory tools. Would love a minor improvement.
Overall, I am satisfied with the Sortly app and how simple it is to use it. Some of my team members have no previous experience with this type of software, but Sortly is easy to navigate and use.
Pros
I enjoyed how simple it is to use Sortly. I am to create specific locations for my inventory and keep track of items that need to be retired or restocked. The team I work with also found the Sortly app easy to use and the web version was instrumental in helping us restructure our equipment warehouse and processes.
Cons
I would love to have an option to scan each item into the system. As it is right now I can scan a bar code but then have to manually enter the units or amounts that we are intaking. I would prefer to be able to scan the item's barcode and have the app update quantities. This will make the process a lot smoother and more effective.
It would also be a great advantage to be able to use our own equipment (item) numbers instead of the ones generated by Sortly. This would make it easier to crossreference our inventory system with our internal documents.

Pros
I like how thorough it is without being a full ERP or WMS. The price is right, and the learning curve slopes gently while still having deeper functionality available for those who want it.
Cons

Pros

Sortly is my go-to to keep my simulation center organized
Sortly has been instrumental as a first-time operations manager in streamlining my simulation equipment and supply inventory across 3 instructional sites. I have been able to generate reports in a matter of minutes and create equipment catalogs to promote and maximize the utilization of simulation equipment for several activities. Additionally, I get real-time notifications when I am running low on supplies or when a service warranty is about to expire- all thanks to custom fields and the notifications feature.
Pros
Ease of use, the ability to add pictures, and add custom fields to meet the specific needs of my organization.
Cons
Nothing so far. I have seen many updates and I appreciate how Sortly considers users' feedback to continue improving the platform.

Pros
Allows tracking of product from production facility to end-user that supports our inventory management, but also in the foundation of one of our critical stewardship activities.

Sortly got our program issues sorted out
Excellent!! we love this program. We are a small nonprofit and we had been attempting to use spreadsheets and databases to track our usage of materials and supplies. We also depended on paper tracking to report our consumables to funders. Sortley has changed everything for us, it has been a real blessing.
Pros
I love the ability to scan and update using a hand held scanner or the phone. Sortly has changed so much for us. We can now make accurate predictions about costs going forward as well as project costs related to expansion activities. A real godsend
Cons
I wasn't crazy about the setup for creating and using bar codes. Maybe with some practice and some tweaks it will be more effective for me but I haven't had a chance. Having the ability to print a sheet of different barcodes would be the most beneficial. If you have to put different labels on multiple products but you only have avery labels for copier. That would make things alot smoother.

Sortly Review
Pros
I like the ease of use. With over 3000 individual items in inventory, Sortly makes keeping track of inventory much easier.
Cons
I wish that there was a more detailed notes system when changing inventory. For instance, if the purchase date is different than the input date I wish you could change that to reflect when the item was edited, rather than when it was input into the computer. I also wish you could separate the customer the part was sold to as well as an option to attach a PO number. I wish that "-" would not stop the user from finding a selected part. In my experience, vendors have sold me the same part with some part numbers containing dashing and other without. Because of this I have made duplicate items unintentionally, thus creating inventory miscounts. Lastly I wish that there was a way to sort by item part number in the same way you can for part name and date updated.

Sortly and Me
Very helpful. Pretty easy to use, intuitive.
Pros
Sortly helps me keep track of my inventory, and the money spent on my inventory. It lets me keep track and gives me the information needed to not overspend and over store.
Cons
With the market place the way it is, prices change. While you can change the price of a item, it adjusts the price of the inventory. example, it doesnt allow you to know you spent $1 on 1 egg yesterday and $2 on 1 egg today. It would just update the price of the entire inventory to $2 per egg.
also no UNDO function that i see. I realize you and just counter/reverse your own action, but thats not the same thing. ie, if you accidentlly increased inventory too much, by 1, but if you subtract 1, it will log both, while you can put a note, you would have to look at the notes to notice it, if you can just UNDO and then fix your mistake, you wouldnt have to.

Pros
First of all, the price is really good for all the benefits you have on the app.
It is really simple and easy to use, you can do a lot of things with it and you won't need to take a class to learn how to use it.
Cons

Feedback from Operations Management
Sortly can be everything you need it to be IF YOUR STAFF USES IT CORRECTLY. If they get lazy or cheat, Sortly can become less useful really quickly. Other systems that come with automatic scan guns, labels, inventory cycle count features, theft sensors, etc, can be more effective despite employee negligence, however those also cost way more.
Pros
The most useful features are its mobile access, Excel exporting ability, and ease of use.
Cons
We had to manipulate Sortly to work with our warehousing and business model. It works ok, but we order materials by project name, and in order to make Sortly track that we had to tag projects. Preferably we would sort and save items under project name and locate them in Sortly under row and bin #. However, because the items we order are large quantities we have to put 20 pallets of flooring, for example, into 20 bin locations, even though they are all just "one item description". This becomes cumbersome because Sortly only allows one location per item, so we would have to create all these folders for each item. Instead we add them by row and bin # (with no location in Sortly), then add the project name as a tag.

Coffee Company’s Review
Overall we like Sortly. There are some features we would like added but Sortly is always offering new capabilities.
Pros
It has helped us cut down costs astronomically. We can move our stock between shops and cut down on ordering. We have been able to log loss of product, leave notes to our managers about stock, organize our vendors. It’s been great.
Cons
There isn’t a way to see what your inventory was on a certain date. For example we do a COGS adjustment at the end of each month to see how much inventory we’re sitting on. If I don’t pull the report on that date I can’t go back and look at my inventory in that point of time retrospectively.
I also wish it was clear that there was support to help set it up. I did it all manually and it was tough.

not terrible, but has some shortcomings. I would like better team training, better ease of custom reporting set up. Improved app conection with dropbox, smartsheet and other PM software. More automations and out of the box API's
Pros

That I cannot "undo" an action. That it is difficult for me to see Sortly history and to remember what went where and who moved it. I do not like that when moving an item into a folder, that the search cannot be specific- For example if I have the folder of "Jane Doe" in 12 different folders by month, and I want to move an item to "Jane Doe" in "July", I cannot search "Jane Doe July", I have to search "Jane Doe" and scroll through multiple "Jane Doe" entries to find her in "July".
I also think the bar code scanner in the app could be improved. When you are scanning within a folder, and at the top there is a note that tells you what folder you are "searching within" I wish there was an easy way to click that and change it to search in another folder, rather than going back and selecting the folder and then going back to the barcode search scanner. Also, when I am scanning and searching within a folder and I "add a quick action" and want to "Choose folder before scanning", when I go to search for the folder in the search bar the search bar page looks strange saying "nothing to see to see here" and the search bar looks different and for a while I didn't realize could still use it

Small Business Owner + Sortly = Peace of Mind
Overall I have been very happy. I appreciate that they crowd source and allow users to make suggestions and vote up or down. They do a great job communicating new improvements and their roadmap of things to come.
Pros
I like the ability to have many options in describing items. I also like how the hierarchy builds within folders and how you are able to narrow down searches and filtering. I also like that when items are rmoved from inventory - you have reasons you can assign like sold, broke, etc. You can also use your iphone as a scanner and all is in real time.
Cons
Reporting is a bit clunky. Thtere is no glossary available for the reports so I usually end up exporting all data nad cutting it down. It would be nive if the system could offer pre-defined templates based on your inventory history and business.

Sortly Changed My Company
Overall, Sortly has completely changed and improved how I run my warehouse. Our inventory management has taken a 180 degree turn for the best. We are still working on adding everything into Sortly, which we are close, but it has made our company more successful. We used to say that the warehouse was just wasting company money, but we've finally reached the point where the warehouse is MAKING the company money, all thanks to Sortly.
Pros
It has made our inventory control so much easier, and we are having far less issues such as over assigning our products to clients versus how much we actually have available.
Cons
The main things I don't like about Sortly are the limits of Sub-Folders and the limits of characters you are allowed to have in the text boxes.

Sortly is great!
Our experience with Sortly has been overwhelmingly positive. As our business grows, so does our use of Sortly. We love having an up to date and easy to use inventory control system that helps us keep costs down.
Pros
Sortly clearly takes user feedback very seriously. We have seen many of customer suggested changes implemented since we started using the program.
Cons
We have issues with notifications being inconsistent across devices occasionally.

Sortly was by far the best choice
Sortly has been an incredible asset to our non- profit. It has allowed us to keep great statistics; therefore, we can show our donors and community how well we are serving the foster children in our area.
Pros
Our non- profit uses Sortly to keep track of all statistics. Along with what we give away to our foster families and foster children. It is an invaluable software for our non- profit!
Cons
Once we set up our fields it gave us a lot of freedom to use the software to meet our needs.

It's great! Everything has it's downsides.
Pros
I think it's set up very neatly. I like we can connect our barcode scanner to it and scan our products. We use ours to solely keep track of what's inside our inventory and make sure we have that particular part when we need it instead of waiting a day to get it. I like I can have it on as many devices as I need!
Cons
A downside is how confusing it was to find simple controls that it's programmed to do. Thank goodness for Google, or we wouldn't be where we are now with it. Another thing I don't like is that when I need to type something, it won't show me my keyboard immediately; instead, I have to press three other buttons.

Quick, easy, inventory management
It has helped us a lot. We use to have order chaos and a lot of time on the floor. Now we are able to perform ordering from a desk and quickly check stock.
Pros
Ease of use and organization. There are some items I would like to see added for ease of use.
Cons
Somethings are redundant. Some things are missing. Somethings, I have to make work for us. I would like to be able to export transaction data easier for trends and rates of decline, but I am a base plan user. I would like to be able to bulk update without creating a duplicate item. Makes it hard to edit one at a time and load or have to delete old duplicates when bulk importing updated info. Or, bulk apply alerts without them all needing the same min level.

Good inventory tool
It makes it easy to have the entire inventory well detailed with the precise information without forgetting materials
Pros
There is physical inventory management and tracking that helps with the entire organization process, speeding up processes that could take a long time before and not have exact data. I can easily search for the data I need through the folders that are created with the exact inventory information
Cons
I like everything, there is nothing that I dislike in the past or in the present. Its functions have been perfect

Efficient and User-Friendly Inventory Management
Our overall experience with Sortly has been very positive. The software has streamlined our inventory management process and improved accuracy. The ease of use and mobile access have significantly enhanced our efficiency. While we hope for more affordable integration options, the existing features already provide great value for our operations.
Pros
Sortly is incredibly easy to use. We love having mobile access and the ability to export our data. The feature to generate QR code labels makes scanning products a breeze, and adding photos ensures we always have the right product.
Cons
We wish the QuickBooks Online integration was available for the lower pricing plan tiers since we are a smaller company, but we still use QuickBooks.

Great program, depending on your needs
I've spent alot of time setting this up and using, it's easy to learn and generally performs the functions we need it too. It's just not great for businesses with a lot of items with varying details bc of the info capacity for all categories and items.
Pros
It keeps us well organized as we stock alot of one of kind pieces so need a comprehensive tracking system to track multiple items at multiple locations. The program has generally been good for this, would highly recommend if you do not have a ton of products you are tracking.
Cons
Each item has 10 data categories to add additional information about the piece, these categories max at 10 and the categories themselves have a low maximum allowed -- like drop down menu categories have a maximum of 250 items. These are all maxed for us and we still continue to acquire new inventory that I now cannot add. To get around this I created another category with the same name "part 2" like "artist 2" and "size 2"...we are too invested in the software at this point to switch but it also is going to render useless if we continue growing our art inventory.

Pros and cons
There are good things and bad things about Sortly. Over all it is easy to use and handy. Would like to know everything the system does so we can use it to it's full capacity.
Pros
I liked that is was easily accessible on all plate forms from tablets, phones, and/or your computer.
Cons
No Drop down boxes. I had to learn the system on my own. We were only shown how to do things by videos.

Easy way to organize inventory for small businesses
Easy to use, versatile and robust with features.

Sortly helped us get a handle on our holiday lighting business!
Getting all our data input was the time-consuming part, although fairly easy. We're looking forward to just maintaining the data this year, which we expect to be quick and easy.
Pros
It was easy to enter all our data, provided the level of flexibility we needed in order to capture all the asset variations, and allowed us to quickly see what our inventory was, and where it was allocated.
Cons
Having to open folders in order to see whether a change (addition or subtraction of assets) had been made.
Response from Sortly
Hi Julie,
Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad to hear that Sortly has been helpful for managing your holiday lighting business.
Regarding your concern about tracking changes, you can view the transaction history report and filter by folder to easily see any additions or subtractions of assets. This feature should help streamline the process and provide you with a clearer view of changes made.

Awesome product
Overall we are very pleased with Sortly and will not ever go with another brand.
Pros
I like it helped us have an Oderly fashion list and inventory before we were using the Old Fashion Excel sheet.
Cons
There were some things that we had to learn on our own, like custom labels we didn't know how to set them up properly and we watched a webinar and it was a slap on the forehead once we learned how to do that.

Sortly Review
I have requested multiple times to get help with being able to print off a sheet or sheets with ONE of EACH individual item in our inventory. They have sent me instructions several times and they do not work. I have requested a call several time to have someone walk me through the process and was told that they are not able to call.
Pros
The supposed ability to create qr codes that can be printed off to use for each individual item in our inventory.
Cons
The fact that I can't print off or create individual qr codes for all of our inventory, especially uniforms.

Sortly review
Overall, we are pretty satisfied with Sortly, with the exception of the cons listed above.
Pros
Keeps track of our product inventory so we know where our item is located and how much of the item is in stock & when we need to order more.
Cons
That you need to manually set the alarm for when the product expires. Also, when performing a search, you need to fill in exactly how it was entered initially otherwise it may not show up.

Best customization options in the field
My experience has been very positive. I have been able to tailor the program to my exact needs which are not 100% aligned with the intent of some of the features, but because of the customization can be made to be used in exactly the way I need it
Pros
I selected Sortly due to the customization options. I use the program slightly different than it's intention which means the ability to customize is one of, if not the most important feature for my company. All other competitors I looked at did not offer enough customization making their programs not suited to my needs
Cons
I have no complaints about Sortly at this time
