This is one of the few tools that I found that could do this and was the main reason we moved to Evolia. I also like that employees can request shift changes, add their availability, and make leave requests. We didn't have this functionality in our last application. > > **Cons**: The Amilia interface does not support recurring entries entered in Amilia, so I have to make my own and delete the duplicates. I also don't like that if I need to add two different positions to a shift then I have to copy one. It would be better if you could pick each position and number of people for a shift and then add the people for each position. Also, there is no way to link these together so the other people on those duplicate shifts can see who is working with them. In my case, I have many classes with a Lead Teacher and an Assistant Teacher. It's important that they know who is working with them, so the only want to make that work is to add both people in notes manually. > > We are still learning, but overall we like it much better than Timesheet Mobile, mostly based upon what I mentioned in what I like most about Evolia.
