> **Pros**: Narrowcast is very user-friendly and easy to use. The support staff at Navis is always eager to help with any training needs and extremely efficient. They give you real training tools for you to be successful.

> **Cons**: The only downside is that the cost of the software is higher than most other companies that offer similar software.

> Customer lead management and reservation call training were the main features of the software that I used. I love the Navis product and their support staff are the best in the business\!

> **Pros**: The ability to track and monitor calls along with sales call leads. Tracking sales calls and leads along with being able to cold call allow our sales team to meet sales goals.
