It has felt broken for over a year and lacks basic workflow optimizations like a snake method, forcing teams to manually build paths and scroll through unorganized lists. Putaway has similar issues, with no clear main screen guidance showing where items should go, resulting in unnecessary steps and wasted time. Label printing is also frustrating. The default invoice only shows five items and uses roughly half of a 4 x 6 label, creating excess waste. When this was raised, the suggested solution was a paid custom label rather than improving the standard experience, which feels disheartening given the cost of the platform.
