> **Pros**: User friendly software and good tech support. All updates are being done remotely. They also send out details about your update via email and you can easily learn about those updates once you login.

> **Cons**: Some glitches after updates and system will crash multiple times during the day. Prices on extra services can be expensive like Rx scanning and signature capture on delivery

> Customer service and tech support are excellent with micro merchant. Our system downtime is minimal considering we have to run all our computers and software quite a long time on a daily basis.

> **Cons**: Drug file is all messed up and no one at Primerx cares, They have no understanding that XR or ER drugs are different from regular medication. Most generics do not link with brands. Generic drugs are linked wrongly with Brand names.

The user interface is intuitive, making it relatively easy to navigate. However, I've faced some challenges with customer support, as response times can be slow during peak hours. Additionally, some updates have introduced minor bugs that took time to resolve. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, PrimeRX has provided a satisfactory solution for my software needs.
