The setup process was smooth and quicker than anticipated. The support was always available when we needed it. We had a super helpful project manager \[sensitive content hidden\] who helped us in setting up the system and with training. Reports are very well designed. The navigation screen is easy to use and accessing the attendance and employees information is done with a couple of clicks. The system has a lot of tools and options to use as your business grows. It is well designed for small as well as for large businesses. > > **Cons**: Overall the system works flawlessly, but some minor things/aspects can be improved. For example the "attendance view" has the print option which is not functional. Would be useful to be able to print a monthly view instead of generating a report and analyse the data. Another aspect to improve is the cost centres (geofencing). Currently the system does not restrict/deny app clocking-in outside the range of a defined costing centre. It is only raising an exception. You can setup the system only to deny clocking in specific areas. Instead would be useful to be able to create green zones were employees can clock in/out and exclude everything else. > > Overall we are happy with the system so far. It helped us to minimize the errors and the amount of time which we used for processing the paper timesheets.
