> **Pros**: I love the ability to see my timesheet and the details about leaves. I am able to run various reports based on several criteria. Yearly we have to run our time off and the ease of selecting various types of leave makes running the report a breeze. Also, it is super easy to add in time during the scheduled work week.

> **Cons**: We use the fingerprint scanner device \& there are certain times it doesn't read or depending on your skin type (too dry) it may not read.
