Launchpad allows recruiters to define multiple questions and assessments and apply scores to pre-screen candidates before video interviewing a candidate and auto-exit anyone that does not meet certain criteria. Users can write their own questions or choose some from Launchpad’s premade bank and set interviews. Assessments include resumes, photos and personal summaries to round out a candidate profile. Users can share and review candidate applications internally based on a number of criteria.


Launchpad’s built-in live video interviewing allows up to six interviewers to join for each candidate. It provides an online screening and testing tool that allows users to use situational judgment tests, questions and other numerical tests. The tools allow users to provide a candidate experience with customized branding. Support is provided via knowledge base and email.
