A Good Entry Level CRM
It's absolutely fine- as it is a lower priced option it functions as expected, just don't expect it to have all the bells and whistles of more advanced CRM systems!
Pros
It's fairly intuitive and covers all the basic elements you'd expect from a CRM with a marketing (email campaign) addition.
Cons
It can be quite difficult to integrate other platforms and perform more advanced marketing functions, it feels still very manual in the way you can use the functions (import/export contacts and setting up emails)

Really Simple Systems, should be rebranded Incredibly Powerful Systems
I would highly recommend this software to anyone as it has a wealth of features right from the get go on the free plan and this may very well be all you need to use, but you have the ability to easily and quickly tailor the CRM for your specific needs by adding the optional extras as and when you need them. The support is very good and any issues I have encountered, have been resolved on the same day with either an online support or a call back support. On the higher tiered levels you get more direct support and also tailored extended customisation and design. The report generation is also very useful for generating a number of different default reports, but also for generating specific reports based on your own criteria
Pros
This CRM is incredibly easy to use with a wealth of support material including video tutorials to get you started. At its basic level it can be comprehensively customised for your/your companies needs. It provides not only a fast and extremely flexible customer database but has the flexibility to include pipeline and sales functions along with automation and cloud storage options which can be added on as needed.
Cons
The inability to bulk move customer tasks to a new date within the Task Window. If a number of tasks are not completed, it can be time consuming to move a number of similar tasks to a set date in the future, as these all have to be done individually. So having the ability to select a number of tasks over numerous customers and set a new task date for them would be a very useful feature.

Happy overall
Generally happy with the overall product and understand that at this price point nothing is perfect but it does the majority of what we need it to do :)
Pros
Generally happy with the overall offerings of RSC and how it assists with our day-to-day business management
Cons
It would be great to have a little more ability to track task progress.Would be great to have a prompt when tasks are overdue/require attention now or soon.
Reasons for Choosing Spotler CRM
The customer information wasn't laid out in a friendly way and it was too sales focuses. We primarily use our CRM for customer keep in touch and for task management.Switched From

Have tried numerous CRMs - RSS knocks it out of the park for us!
We were using CRMs that were overkill for our business purpose so we were excited to finally find one that was just right. The customer service is out-of-this world good and their software development team is very responsive when you need customizations or have an issue. Being on the west coast of the US, it was a bit of a challenge with the time zone differences, but I found that they were quick to respond and never went a full 24 hours without communication from them. I also like their Help pop-outs and their Support Hub, Instruction Videos and Webinars are excellent! If you are looking for a powerful, yet simple CRM for your organization I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Really Simple Systems!
Pros
As the name implies, it's simple to use. I like being able to add custom fields, ability to customize dashboard, integrating marketing automation with the CRM and being able to attach documents to the record.
Cons
I would like to be able to add new job titles without having to leave contact creation and go into settings. I would also like to be able to view Documents in a pop-up window without having to download it.

Really Simple Systems Review
Over all quite good, not as good as pipedrive.
Pros
Fairly easy to use. The sales management section is not very good for leaving comments and notes. I feel this lets down the whole system.
Cons
The emailer, is not that straight forward, getting fonts and spacing is difficult, and not obvious if you make mistakes. Had to get all the same fonts. The sales contacts recording conversations is very weak.

The best CRM for small organisation. Upgrade to full Marketing and Enterprise versions.
Before having the CRM (when i took over) we had 100's of Excel sheets and 1,000s of duplicates.
Pros
The way I can upgarde to Enterpise without having to have 20 or 50 staff.
Cons
I have never mastered Zapier, so connects with other systems (WordPress, Event Espresso, WPForms)

Wonderful organization for customer evidence, effective email management and sales track
RSS.CRM simplifies our customer data management and communication processes. With its help, we can easily classify and respond to emails, schedule promotional offers, and gather valuable data about customers' interactions.
Pros
RSS.CRM is a valuable tool for organizing and accessing all customer data and communication lists in one place. It offers excellent customer relationship management and email management features, which are essential for obtaining new opportunities. With RSS.CRM, it is easy to add detailed information to each record, including contact details and notes. Assigning tasks also helps in tracking and sharing ideas among team members, which enhances interaction with customers and creates new ways to develop customer relationship management. The integration with various email systems enables organized responses to customer requests and sending promotional offers. Additionally, RSS.CRM reports help in tracking opportunities, linking them to campaigns, identifying products to develop, and constantly consulting marketing strategy.
Cons
Allocating certain fields when creating menus can be challenging, and I believe there is potential for further enhancements and automation in the process of tracking and sending emails to improve its effectiveness.

They Don't Have Their Act Together
Not good, since no one would ever call me, even though I asked. They seem to have operations outside the U.S., and don't have their act together.
Pros
I was sold to Spotler when Really Simple Systems changed over. They seemingly kept things pretty much the same from a user standpoint.
Cons
I kept asking for customer service to get in touch with me, since I couldn't reach them, and no one would call me.

Great CRM that grows with you
Great - customer service has been great.
Pros
Starting out we needed a system that was simple to use and inexpensive. As we've grown, we have had greater needs from the system and it is as easy as clicking a button to enable additional parts of the platform. Really great tool.
Cons
It is a little simplistic, but that was using the base level of the account. There are so many more options that we are just beginning to explore.

Pros

My Review
Overall it has been a great system for me and the team and we manage to do what we need.
Pros
Accounts, Tasks, Contacts are all fantastic. I really love the feature where within an account, there is a google API integration so you can see a sateilleite view of your customers and gauge the size of the business which is useful for us and the industry we sell to. I also think an excellent feature is being able to look at nearby accounts too, and has a range and mileage bar which you can move to your desire.
Custom reporting is really good too, but it would be better if we could have more than 16-20 custom fields.
Cons
I dislike the fact all support is done via email, despite the email support being very good, sometimes we require complex and bespoke functions and need help to understand how to achieve what we want, and this is difficult to explain via email at times, and would be alot easier to talk it through with someone.
I also am hoping the marketing module improvements come soon, as i would love to send emails and marketing via the system, but at present we use a different external system which seems silly as we pay for it, but we have struggled to use the marketing module as we cant customise our own HTML emails as they do not display how we need them to, and i was told this would be ironed out in the next release, but this has been delayed a few times so would be great to get this ASAP so we can have it all in one place.

Really Simple Systems CRM Review
Really Simple Systems CRM has solved my problem of not having an effective CRM system in place. We can now keep track of my customers and their interactions with my company with great ease. This has resulted in better customer service and a higher customer retention rate.
Pros
Really Simple Systems CRM is the most user-friendly CRM on the market. We looked at a lot of different CRMs, and Really Simple Systems CRM was the obvious choice for me because it is so easy to use. It was very easy to integrate with my existing business processes, and the most impactful features are the ones that I use every day. I highly recommend it!
Cons
Really Simple Systems CRM is really simple! The product is very easy to use and integrates well with our existing business processes. I haven't found any features that are missing or could be improved. Overall, I'm very happy with the product!

Does just what it promises, quickly and cheaply. Very easy to learn and good training too.
As a micro business owner, I have to do everything from developing to sales and marketing, and I suspect like many geek-run businesses like mine, I love the first part and loathe the latter.
I'd found a few tools that do a limited number of things very well and help my business in other ways, like Trello, Toggl, gmail and so on, but I was struggling to find a CRM equivalent.
I'd tried a few SAAS cloud solutions that would have been overpriced, and I tried installing a couple of open source solutions like SuiteCRM which proved to be way over the top and bloated for my needs.
Finally I hit upon RSS CRM and we were the perfect match.
I went to their first user conference earlier in 2016, and what impressed me greatly was not only how good and enthusiastic the CEO and his staff were, but also the other customers.
I'd already experienced support via both phone and email (even though I was on the free plan at the time), and it was nice to actually meet the team for real, and know that they aren't outsourced from some sweatshop in a distant place. It's a UK company with a "proper" UK phone number, although there are support offices in other countries too, to account for the timezones which is good.
Pros
The freemium model is enough to get anyone new to CRM started quickly.
It's all "pay as you go", and you can bolt features on as needed. I wanted something that tells me what, when and how I did something, to whom and when, what the outcome was, and will then nag me to do the next thing.
And, for me, RSS does all that perfectly.
They also run free webinars which are also recorded in case you can't make it on the day. These are worth watching - I found I was missing several tricks and now get even more out of the system. I'm particularly impressed with the email integration which saves the whole endless copying and pasting debacle. It really is simple, but perfect at what it does.
Cons
All of that said, yes, the interface does look a little tired. However, I've seen the new version which should be launched by late summer 2016 and it's really impressive.
They've rewritten it with a responsive interface which works much better than the current version on a mobile.
Because the underlying functionality won't be changing significantly, they're going to let users initially choose whether to be "early adopters" of the new interface, which is a nice touch as change sometimes scares people!

I think they are an impressive team with a great product.. As I said, they got all the core elements right to make it a fantastic choice, especially for the SME market..
Pros
Superb CRM for doing the basics really well and giving you a lot of power for your pounds/Dollars. Support is quick and efficient, I have set up, integrated and modified and added data to an account and had it up and running inside 48 hours... How's that for ease of use!!
Cons
having sat here trying to think that one out, I don't have a con... or at least I haven't found one yet!

Reliable CRM system
In the early days customer support in setting up was fantastic. Because it was so personal and speedy and effective I've not had to check in with customer support for years. That was a great customer investment from RSS and has insured I've remained a loyal and low-maintenance customer.
Pros
I've used RSS for years and it's the cornerstone of our business in terms of contacts and business management. As we're a consultancy having individual files for each client is vital so we can track their progress and writer development.
Cons
That we can't search key words to bring up a file. For instance, if I can remember a title of a book but not the author's name, or I met someone at a trade fair - so I have some context - but I can't remember who, or I've worked on book genres with some agents (so it could bring up several files) it would be a game changer if I could just type in key words and it would search through the files in activities and bring up the files rather than just being able to search source, name or email. This is the greatest limiter for me.

I have been very impressed with the ease of use, stability and how we are able to add personalisation and features as it fits our organisational growth.
Pros
The ease of use and speed with which we were able to get our database up and running was incredible. The support offered throughout the process was personal, professional and most importnatly supportive!
Cons
Elements relating to integration with other software have proven challenging - however the support team work with us and the other software providers where they can to find solutions.

Really Simple Systems CRM
Using Really Simple Systems CRM has been really helpful for our business, after the initial time needed to upload all our data, it has meant that we have been able to have all our records centralised and run meaningful reports which are insightful for our business.
Pros
The most impactful features are the customisation of the fields so that we are able to capture all the data needed on one system
Cons
It would be really helpful if there was an opportunity to add more fields to the Accounts page and if you were able to customise all the fields in the Opportunities page

User friendly system!
We log all of our client base on RSS and multiple users use the system for different things. The activity notes help anyone see what previous users have input and as it also logs system generated documents or uploaded files, it is easy to keep a great audit trail of our dealings with customers.
Pros
The software is really easy to navigate and use. It's user friendly in its layout and can be changed/adjusted to what is required from the business. I have used the system for generating reports and even if I have been unsure of how to do them, I always seem to be able to play around and figure out what is needed quite easily.
Cons
Sometimes the display changes for no reason. Sometimes the way the notes are shown on the screen may change and then change back another day - this can be a little frustrating.
