Sharp View helps accounting teams manage daily transactions, monitor receivables and payables, track inventory across multiple stores, manage fixed assets, prepare budgets, and produce financial and operational reports. Dynamic reporting tools allow users to apply filters and analyze information without creating numerous separate reports. Users can also design financial statement layouts and customize invoices, cheques, and other business documents using the integrated Print Designer and multiple document templates.

Administrators can assign detailed permissions at the company, form, and command levels. Audit trails and record history track user actions and changes, helping organizations improve accountability and maintain visibility into their financial data.

The Document Center allows users to attach receipts, contracts, invoices, and supporting documents to relevant transactions and records. Scheduled backup and recovery tools help protect company information, while the local Microsoft SQL Server database gives customers direct control over their business data.

Sharp View supports multilingual operations and can import data through Excel and CSV files, including sales information exported from e-commerce and other external platforms. Each subscription includes two users, with additional user accounts available when required.
