> OutMass is a browser extension for Chrome and Edge that adds mass-email and mail-merge capability to Outlook on the web. Instead of moving your outreach to a separate platform, you build campaigns inside outlook.office.com or outlook.live.com, and every message goes out through your own Microsoft account via the official Graph API — so recipients see a normal email from you, not a bulk sender.

Campaigns start from a CSV: each column becomes a merge tag (like {{firstName}}), and every recipient gets an individually personalized message. An A/B subject test (Pro) finds the better-performing subject line, and an AI writer (Pro, 50 drafts per month) turns a short brief into a ready email. Reusable templates, campaign reports with CSV export, unsubscribe links and OneDrive-link attachments round out the toolset. The interface is available in 13 languages.

Security and permissions: you sign in with the official Microsoft OAuth 2.0 flow — OutMass never sees or stores your password. Sending uses only the permissions you grant, and access can be reviewed or revoked at any time from your Microsoft account settings. The publisher is Microsoft-verified.
