Miraviso is not that, and it is worth knowing before reading on: no diary, no appointments, no invoicing, no stock control. It is built to sit alongside whichever management system the salon already runs.&#10;&#10;What it covers is the consultation — the few minutes before the service starts, when the client describes what she wants in words and the stylist pictures something slightly different. Miraviso replaces that description with an image.&#10;&#10;Who it fits. Salons where colour is a large part of the work, where clients hesitate before a change, and where the stylist already ends up showing photos on a phone. Independent salons and small groups, on one to three tablets.&#10;&#10;Who it does not fit. Barbershops doing mostly dry cuts, and owners looking for one system to run the whole business.&#10;&#10;How it works in the chair. The tablet's front camera becomes a mirror: the client watches her own hair change colour in real time as she moves her head. That processing happens on the device, with no internet connection and no image saved anywhere. For the cut, a photo of the client plus a style from the catalogue produce a photorealistic before-and-after in seconds. The catalogue ships with 21 curated styles, and from the Pro plan upwards a salon can add its own work, with its own photos and names. Every generated image is labelled as generated, as the European Ai Act requires.&#10;&#10;What happens to the photographs. This is the question owners ask first, so here it is in full. Colour try-ons never leave the tablet. Cut previews are sent to a provider inside the European Union for generation only, with the client's explicit consent, and are not kept afterwards.&#10;&#10;The client record, if you switch it on. It is not enabled by default: the salon asks for it, and it needs a consent from the client separate from the one for the preview. Once on, contacts, visit dates and services are stored in readable form, while colour formulas, stylist notes, allergy warnings and photographs are encrypted on the salon's own device with a key derived from the salon password. Miraviso stores those files without being able to open them — which also means that a lost password cannot be recovered by us either. Records delete themselves 24 months after the last visit.&#10;&#10;Getting started. An Android tablet with a front camera, supplied by the salon, and an activation code. No migration, no integration work, no technician. Plans start at 79 euro a month, colour try-ons are unlimited on every plan and only the cut previews are metered. A 20-minute demo first, then 14 days to try it without a card.

- **Pricing Details**: Miraviso is sold as a monthly subscription with no minimum term: a salon can stop at the end of any month. There are three plans — Base at 79, Pro at 149 and Premium at 249 euro a month — and what separates them is the number of Ai haircut previews, the number of tablets, and whether the salon can add its own cuts to the catalogue.&#10;&#10;Live colour try-ons are unlimited on every plan, including Base. They run on the tablet itself and cost us nothing per use, so we do not meter them. Only the haircut previews are counted, because each one is generated on a server.&#10;&#10;Prices are exempt from Italian value added tax under the flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario), so the amount shown is the amount due, with nothing to add.&#10;&#10;The Android tablet is not included and is supplied by the salon: any recent model with a front camera will do, and there is no other hardware to buy.&#10;&#10;Every salon starts with a free 20-minute demo, live or over video, followed by a 14-day trial that does not ask for a card. There is no free tier of the salon product. A separate free consumer app, Miraviso Colore, exists on Android for people who want to try hair colours on themselves, but it is a different product and is not part of these plans.
