> MediOffice is an electronic medical records and practice management solution built by a family of doctors from real clinical experience. 

Unlike purely web based systems, the full patient database stays on the doctor's own computer, always accessible and under their control, even if the license expires. 

The cloud serves a different purpose: securely syncing data across computers and a mobile device. Each computer keeps a complete copy of the database, so work continues without an internet connection. 

MediOffice brings patient profiles, clinical notes with specialty templates, ICD-10 diagnoses, prescriptions, lab results, clinical images, documents, scheduling and billing into one workspace. Templates cover more than 50 medical specialties. 

Distributed by the Microsoft Store, available in English and Spanish, and used by doctors in more than 30 countries. It serves physicians, private practices and small clinics that want a practical tool without giving up control of patient data.
