Who it is for: independent personal trainers, online coaches and small training studios managing anywhere from 3 to 500 clients. The free plan covers up to 3 clients, so a trainer can run real clients on it before paying anything.

Programming: build routines by hand over an exercise library of 1,500+ movements, or let the Kaizer Assistant draft the first version from each client's goals, equipment and limitations. After every logged session the platform adjusts sets, reps and loads using estimated 1RM from NSCA-derived tables, so progression is arithmetic the trainer can audit rather than a black box. Clients train from the Kaizer app for iOS and Android, where they follow the routine, log every set and message their trainer.

Running the business: every client sits in one panel with profile, notes, injuries and files. Smart alerts flag inactivity, expiring programs and drops in adherence before a client quietly leaves, and retention metrics show how the book of clients is actually doing. Payment control tracks who owes what, with reminders and a manually recorded method - Kaizer tracks the money, it does not process it. Paid plans also include a marketplace profile so new clients can find the trainer.

Support and languages: email and chat support plus a full help centre, with the product and support available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. More than 1,200 trainers across 20+ countries use Kaizer.
